Judge Roll was threatened after he allowed a lawsuit by illegals to go forward against the family of the rancher who was murdered on his own land by illegals.

He and his family were given security protection for a while. I don’t know when that stopped.

U.S. marshals put Roll, who was appointed to the federal bench by President George H.W. Bush in 1991, under 24-hour protection for about a month.
