I’ve seen it reported that he was upset with the people “who can’t speak English” in the 8th District. That’s a low different from what he really said. Being unable to speak English is implying that he hates Hispanics. What he really said was people were illiterate.
They morphed that. His problem was that he thought everyone was illiterate because they didn’t conscience dream. He said only 5% of people were literate and capable of conscience dreaming. They are going to try to make this racial but I don’t believe it is.
