Although Hawaii's newly elected Democrat governor, Neil Abercrombie, has recently given a flurry of high-profile media interviews condemning "birthers" who question Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, suddenly he is declining to answer a few hard questions.

They simply claim that there is no evidence that the founders ever heard of Vattel and steadfastly ignore any evidence to the contrary.
So how do you get a baby in or out of the country without some records? Even back in those days you had to have papers.
Unearth? It sits right there in plain view, Vattel’s definition of natural born is what the founders relied on. It plainly states that anyone born of a foreign father who is not a citizen is not a natural born citizen. If the media were interested in truth every American would know this, instead they obscure it and claim that there is no evidence that the founders ever heard of Vattel. It is the same as the global warming crap, if we had honest media everyone would be told every day that global warming is a lot of garbage but they keep spouting the same old crap even as we slide into the next little ice age. Our media is not the equivalent of the Russian Pravda it is WORSE than Pravda. It is merely the propaganda service of the American left which is dedicated to the destruction of this country. Fox news appears more and more to be only a decoy, they appear to be right wing when contrasted with the rest of the flock but when judged by a standard of honest reporting dedicated to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth Fox fails the test.
As far as the Clintons go I am certain they know the truth, as to why they have not yet used it against Obama one can only speculate.

I don’t think Abercrombie would do this without some impetus, on a subject that has, unfortunately, relatively died down. Why did Matthews and the others agree? Somethings not kosher.
The None has done all he could do to make both Clintons relevant but he’s finding once a presidential unit always a presidential unit. His and Bill’s meeting wasn’t to save the None but to put their cards on the table. A week or so after their meeting the BC comes up. Then today word from Chicago is that Hillary won’t get the Ill. black vote if Bill supports Emmanuel, intimating nationally she wouldn’t get the black vote. We’re watching a game of chicken played large.
My guess is that the None is a bastard which, politically, isn’t enough to knock him out of 2012 right now, just enough to cripple him, at the right time.
The Clintons are playing this very smooth and will win in the end. I think Hillary’s staying out of the picture and States for good reason.
The Madison quote to which you are referring needs to be read in context.

As the title indicates this speech was about Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2. which reads:
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
It was not about “natural born citizenship, but rather citizenship at the time of the Declaration of independence.
Madison is saying “citizenship” is determined by place of birth, not natural born citzenship, which doesn’t even enter into the criteria of eligibility to the House of Representatives.
We also find Vattel’s definition behind the wording of the Naturalization Act of 1790 right after the Constitution was written:
“And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States:”
Note that children of citizens were to be “natural born citizens”, according to them, no matter where they were born. And the father not the mother was the determining factor of that citizenship.
Who says she didn’t have his Kenyan BC? Obviously an American citizen could fly back to the USA with her newborn baby, which legally would be a dual citizen since she was an American citizen. It was what happened after she arrived instead of registering him as a dual citizen, they chose just to claim that the baby was born at home.
If ONE STATE passes a law demanding long-form birth certification from candidates, all this will be flushed out. I’ve never been a “birther” in the sense of believing he was born in Kenya, but there is definitely something quite odd about his stonewalling.
