Although Hawaii's newly elected Democrat governor, Neil Abercrombie, has recently given a flurry of high-profile media interviews condemning "birthers" who question Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, suddenly he is declining to answer a few hard questions.

If anyone can do it, I’m sure “super senator” (now super governor?) Neil Abercrombie can.

Fear of being called a racist? Who knows?
And..Maybe the Chicago machine had dirt on Mc Cain or could manufacture dirt out of thin air?
Good for them, but it violates our laws.
It’s not that difficult to translate the exact term “natural born citizen” in English from Vattel’s French.
Regardless, from what I understand, most if not all of the founding fathers had read Vattel’s Law of Nations. Does English common law deal with the phrase “natural born citizen?”
I don’t know where else it could have come from, other than The Law of Nations.
The Constitution uses the term “natural born citizen” for a very explicit reason. They didn’t arbitrarily come up with some new phrase for no particular reason. They got it from somewhere.

Ask them to point to the Constitutional amendment that states an Indonesian or Kenyan or British citizen can also be a Natural born citizen.
Example: If I am born an NBC, and I then go to Canada, renounce my citizenship, am I still a Natural born citizen? No.
So logic must show that there are issues once a second citizenship is acquired, either at birth or after birth, as the value of the clause was intended for keeping the presidency from the hands of a foreign interest or claims.
Their logic eviscerates the intention of the Constitution, therefore it is unconstitutional. An anchor baby is not a NBC. Obama is not an NBC.

Exactly. Furthermore, the Founding Fathers had just won a War against British Tyrants when they wrote the Constitution. The primary purpose of the Natural Born Citizen requirement for POTUS was to prevent a person with allegiance to a foreign power, particularLY Great Britain, from ever becoming POTUS, i.e., to prevent a creature like BO from being POTUS.
There is a clear, concise and definitive statement in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal treatise used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens... it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
Several legal references are cited in this article:

Hmmm . . . highly suspicious. One day I know the truth will come out and hopefully before the 2012 elections. We need Obama and his evil minions out of the White House, off the White House grounds and out of our wallets and purses. Obama’s hands should be holding onto prison bars, not the purse strings of the country.
He was hoping the issue would simply die and go away, but the American People have refused to allow that to happen.
He knows that he has to do something quick if he’s going to run as some states are passing new laws to strenghten and demand proof of eligibility to be on the ballot in that state.
How many states - rather, how FEW states would that take to make it impossible to win? I suspicion that even san fran nan won’t dare sign illegal affidavits wavering the vetting in the states again. She knows people are watching - FINALLY.

Yes, BO is clearly frightened by the fact that in order to be on the ballot in 2012, he will have to release his BC. That is why he is rushing to get NA to release the forged BC now. Unfortunately for BO, American Citizens are not going to give the Fraud a pass on the fact that he is not a NBC constitutionally qualified to be POTUS regardless of where he was born.
Okay, but my liberal friends that I have almost convinced re this birth issue are asking me why McCain didnt make use of the eligibilty factor during the presidential campaign

The answer to that question is simple, McCain was afraid that his NBC status would be challenged again since he was born in Panama.
BO also has a problem with former Hawaii Birth Records clerk Tim Adams who swears that there was no long form BC for BO in their records.

It is clear to anyone who has researched the qualifications for the Presidency that the Natural Born Citizen qualification came from the Founding Fathers’ readings of Vattel’s Law of Nations.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens... it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
I fail to see how that would let the Chief Justice "off the hook." If there'd been ANY question in his mind of the legality, do you really think he'd have administered the oath?
BTTT
Prayer works
mccain didn’t really want to win, he’s pretty old and I’m sure he knew how the job really ages Presidents
Agreed. The governor’s remarks were Biden-level stupid. But now he’s stuck with them, and the issue has much higher visibility in the public arena. Let’s see where this leads. It should be increasingly interesting as it develops.
