State Dept. will not accept a hawaiian COLB. They require the long form BC, which identifies WHERE someone was born and to WHOM. This is a very sticky fact. Hillary has the records, legally empowered to get them.
Remember those IT contractors who were caught snooping into BHO's passport recs at DoS ? Who were they working for ? Wasn't an investigator subsequently killed in a traffic accident or something ?
I don’t know why the State Dept would need that. I didn’t need a “long-form” (from the State of Pa) to get my passport in 1979. I rec’d something from PA Gov’t which I sent to US Gov’t, and it was a new thing, dated 1979 (which is several years later than my actual birthdate).
