"Why has the president himself not demanded they put out the original documents?" Matthews wonders.

There are birth certificates in the Philippines listing males as females and females as males.

They type a (m) or (f) for the sex. If correction is needed later in life..a fee must be paid..in some cases an attorney is needed.

Birth certificates are a source of funds.
