This is another of those very sad stories we keep hearing about drunks and the demographic of the Perp.
I had no idea that the legal limit for blood alcohol level went by a persons age.

This happens disturbingly often around here.
In the sf bay area, the racial tribalists claim sobriety checkpoints unfairly target hispanics. Maybe its part of their plan to 'take back' the southwest.
