When is the vote scheduled?
Ping.
There’s that commie, Mookowski again. She’s a regular Obamanoid Tingler. The GOP needs to throw her goatsmellin’, liberal @$$ out of the party!
we have to end lame duck session and seat new people as soon as their elections are validated. There’s no need for delay with modern media and modern transportation.
And these freaking republicans. In 2006 we had a repub lame duck congress, didn’t pass ANYTHING. in 2010 bending over ass backwards to give dems what they want.
Stupid senate mother effers.
Se habla espanol
“...Richard G. Lugar of Indiana, George V. Voinovich of Ohio, Scott Brown of Massachusetts, Olympia J. Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker of Tennessee, Johnny Isakson of Georgia, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Thad Cochran of Mississippi, and Bob Bennett of Utah...”
All these zip-wads are worse than the Dems. At least the Dems are more honest about being anti-American.
I called both my senators’ offices to implore them to vote NO and wait for the new Senate. I got through to a polite Chambliss (GA) staffer. Isaackson was no answer and two full voice mail boxes.
Oh well. At least Saxby had his act together.
Interesting. Before the November election this vote would have been more or less down party lines. Now it’s “bi-partisan”. Which means some republicans joined the liberals, as is their nature.
Anybody know how big the bribe was?
Lugar (IN)
Voinovich (OH)
Brown (MA)
Snowe (ME)
Collins (ME)
Alexander (TN)
Corker (TN)
Isakson (GA)
Murkowski (AK)
Cochran (MS)
Bennett (UT)
“Among Republicans announcing their support were Richard G. Lugar of Indiana, George V. Voinovich of Ohio, Scott Brown of Massachusetts, Olympia J. Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker of Tennessee, Johnny Isakson of Georgia, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Thad Cochran of Mississippi, and Bob Bennett of Utah. All voted for cloture.”
Lessee... RINO, RINO, RINO, RINO, RINO, RINO, RINO, baked beans, RINO, RINO, RINO and RINO.
Have you got anything without RINO?
Okay, I’ll stop.
That’s 11 Senators who won’t be winning their next primary elections.
This is more than approving a faulty START treaty as the National Review editorial correctly lambastes. It is worse. This marks the beginning of the Obama 2012 re-election. The 11 traitors all- must have a scarlet letter T around their necks. Where was the Rebublican base? The Tea Partiers? Shame on us all. Make no mistake. These filthy traitors just insured an Obama re-election.
Target all of them. Bennett’s a lame duck.
I’d like to see Moocowski forced to change parties. Just push the bytch out altogether. Alexander and Corker are a disappointment and TN can do better. And Johnny Isaacson? WTH happened to him? Indiana can do a lot better than Lugar. He’s been drifting left for a long time now. I don’t know what can be done about the ME sisters and Brown. That we have any senators from the NE is a miracle. And Thad Cochran? Sheesh. Disgusting. Primary that SOB out as soon as possible.
Hey, that Scott Brown guy has just worked out great, hasn’t he?
Why would ANY Republican want to boost Barack Obama’s 2012 election campaign by burnishing his foreign policy credentials? It makes no sense at all. Sheer lunacy.
At least two Democrats voted against cloture (or didn’t vote). Does anyone have names?
