The Army lieutenant colonel who refused to deploy to Afghanistan because he won't accept orders from President Obama, whom he considers unqualified to be commander in chief, has pleaded guilty to one charge against him.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin pleaded guilty Tuesday to not reporting to Fort Campbell, Ky., for his required deployment to Afghanistan, NBC News reported.
Lakin, a doctor and 17-year soldier, believes Obama wasn't born in the United States, and therefore does not meet the constitutional requirements to be president.

That could have been an issue, if it was shown he was born outside the United States.
The question is not the location of his birth, but rather his parentage. It seems rather clear that he was born a British subject, or at least of dual citizenship, either of which disqualify him for the office he holds.

I would suppose Lt. Col. Lakin is trying to get the best deal he can after the Judge stole his only defense by not allowing him to make Obama show his Birth Certificate.
Lt. Col. Lakin , seemed to be the first one with “standing” to make Obama show his papers.
“Standing” is no longer the subject, the subject now is the Conspiracy among Judicial and Legislative to ignore the Constitution for the benefit of the Faux President.

You mean for reasons of deceiving the public by writing 2 autobiographies that are based on a total fallacy, and then using aliases to gain public office (which may be the reason his law license was revoked)? I supsect a felony may have been committed. What say you?

I feel sorry for the poor schnook. He never should have let himself get talked into this. Its like a suicide mission. This issue needs to be settled by either SCOTUS or the Congress if they can get up the guts. Now this poor man is likely to spend time in jail for absolutely no good reason.
