Seasonal adjustments for Xmas hiring are unreliable. Everyone jumped up and down over the last number (407,000) being so much better than expected... some bounceback to trend is to be expected.
To: SoFloFreeper
Uhm...wait...just yesterday they were reporting hiring etc. was up?

So this week’s unrevised number (reflecting a three or four day week) is actually up 29,000 over last week’s (unrevised) number.

Haven’t the unemployed heard? The recession is over! Very inconsiderate of them to remain unemployed.

Isn't this just another example of the Obamanomics SOP: Throw out a high BS number, then adjust it a day or two later?
Ridiculous. The real unemployment rate is closer to 20% than anything else.

This actually IS a little weird.
Republicans are installed in a little more than a month, and businesses are less likely to see threats from Washington. You'd expect hiring to pick up, if only a little.

This is not a “net loss” number. It just reflects people who lost their job and filed for unemployment during the week. Hypothetically, on the other side of town twice as many might be dropping off the rolls, having just been hired.

Job Market, is impossible when your President hates successful businesses and a congress who takes up bill after bill that has nothing to help businesses.

And George Jefferson still wants to bicker about tax cuts for the job creators. He learned nothng about the elections, he is mentally ill and needs to be removed. He wants to focus on sodomoites in the military, global warming and extending citizenship to kids of Mexican illegals. I think Beck has it all wrong, they are that stupid and are making it up as they go along, they are too addled to put together any cogent conspiracy. Perfect foils for the real global elites who are running things.

Poor Shepard Smith’s going to be bummin’ ... just yesterday he was like a giddy schoolgirl at a Justin Bieber concert as he pimped good economic numbers and said he could just “feel” things turning around.
