Tonight is the final chance for the three remaining contestants on "Dancing With the Stars" to impress the viewers at home.
As we've seen this season in particular, high scores from the judges may be nice. But, it's the viewers who matter because their votes can make an impact.
Going into tonight's season finale are Jennifer Grey, Kyle Massey & Bristol Palin.
Getting to this point wasn't always a smooth trip. There were some tense moments at the production office for "Dancing With the Stars."
ABC says a white powder in an envelope was delivered to the office this past Friday. It turned out to be talcum powder.
But, before they knew that, hazardous materials officials with the city of Los Angeles, fire department, police and FBI arrived at the studio lot where the ABC show airs.
This comes just days after the shock that viewers have put low-scorer Bristol Palin in the finals of "Dancing With the Stars," while voting off Brandy, who's had some of the highest scores from the judges.
Watch tonight's show at 8 p.m. and the results show Tuesday at 9 p.m. on ABC.

I miss him!
Have to watch reruns of Law & Order to get my Jerry Orbach fix.
Yup. It does. And I'm sure they use it.
With her neck in such a precarious situation it is scary she opted to participate at all.
It wouldn't have been me. But then celebrities are, um, different. They seem to need attention.
I also can't stand the few liberals making so many nasty comments and threats. Why?
It's base human nature.
Yes you are a romantic! If they do step down the aisle, they should do it on the same day as Prince Whatisname and his mistress. OUR Royal Wedding would beat out THEIR Royal Wedding!
Truthfully, I must say: Brandy was robbed! They should have eliminated Jennifer right after Audrina, and Brandy should have been the final winner.
..but I think he presently has a girlfriend, and maybe a lot of it was for 'show'.....
I didn't watch too much of this, but when I did, I was rooting for Jennifer....and have completely changed my tune.....she is off putting--a negative personality!
I think Bristol was a real trooper!!...Good for her.
Thanks for that info, Doc!
I didn't expect Bristol to win, but I'm thrilled that she made the finals!
Between Bristol on DWTS and "Sarah Palin's Alaska", I think a new set of non-political people (read: independent voters) will realize that Sarah and her lovely family are not the "evil right-wing monsters" the media and the Left have made them out to be, and will hopefully remember that if/when Sarah runs for higher office.
THe supposid girl friend and he were having dinner. THe popaRATz interupted their working dinner and asked if they were dating. She replied yes and we’re getting married in Aug of 2008, just to get them going. It was a joke but only the original media admitted that it “might be” just them playing the media. Unfortunately it’s still out there.
Mark and Bristol won’t make that mistake. THey are much wiser and more experienced.
I’ve been watching body language and then there are the comments about their mothers getting together with his two agents, Bristol and a few friends and family in his performance trailer. Read Mark’s journal on USA TODAY.
Actually except for the mirrored trophy the top three get the same thing: Same money, same public experiences after the performance etc.
They are all winners.
Jennifer and Derik get the trophy, the notoriety they both seek.
Kyle has a wonderful addition to his resume...as does his partner.
Mark and Bristol have the accomplishment of taking a complete novice to the top and “He has made friends with the Palin family that will last a lifetime. They both love each other.”
(SMILE)
Hmmm...
Velly inellesting “;^)
yes--i've heard it was her nose job that did her in... she no longer has that distinct look...
Ohhhh, I hope you’re right !:)
..would you care to share any of your recipes?
When I get the recipes out (In about a week, I let you know then we can discuss which one’s you’d like.)
How old is your grand daughter. There are some very simple fudge recipes. ANd just some pretty cookies too...Even a couple of on top of the stove.
This has been a glimpse into a different world for Bristol. Hopefully this will help her to move on from Levi.
I agree with that!
Of the two couples, Brandy seemed to have had the most difficult teacher to learn from, and it may have cost her in the time it took for them to reach a better working relationship.
Such is life and popularity/talent contests!
Will we ever know the final results of just the votes from the fans, and who got the most? I suspect we will never be told.
I also suspect if it had been just the fans 100% that Bristol would have won.
I believe they disregarded the votes of the fans and that they really only decide the winner by the judges.
I am open to correction for sure
She (Jennifer Grey) is a drama queen and an attention wh***e.
She wanted and got attention and sympathy votes.
There is NO WAY, she could have danced with a ruptured OR herniated disc, or an injured knee.
I have had several knee surgeries, and I know what I am talking about.
I am surprised she didn’t make her entrances in a wheelchair, just to be sure people were paying attention.
She disgusts me.
Hope you daughter is doing well now!
;0)
That may be the best part of the entire thing. Bristol has learned that she deserves to be treated well.
We had the same thoughts....Bristol and Mark lives were BOTH threatened. Would a “plastic trophy” as Mark described it be worth stirring up the lunatics more.
They earned the same amount of money, got the same after the show treatment (We’re showcased on the VIew this AM. and I’m betting will have achieved and be rewarded with the most benefits when it all comes out in the wash.
Expert their pictures on many grocery store magazines in the future.
