Old papers tell different tales on Obama's past

Contributing to the impression of shifting sands in his official biography, two newspaper articles from 1990 – apparently based on interviews with Barack Obama – reported that the future president left Hawaii for Indonesia when he was 2 years old, not 6 years old, as he relates in his autobiography.

On May 3, 1990, the Associated Press widely published a feature story on Obama highlighting him as the first African-American named as president of the Harvard Law review.

"Obama moved to Southeast Asia at age 2 when his parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian," the Associated Press reported. "Until the fifth grade, Obama attended Indonesian schools, where most of his friends were the sons of servants, street peddlers and farmers."

The Associated Press article was widely published throughout the United States in newspapers that typically picked up and reprinted AP stories.

There were several stories written during the 2008 campaign about a Chicago lawyer @ the same law firm where 0bama was ‘employed,’ said female lawyer having drawn up a brief on the issue of not being a natural born citizen but still ‘eligible’ to be POTUS. She was arguing a Constitutional point. This was around the time McCain’s resolution was discussed but nothing done about 0bama’s status.

I can’t find that brief or the stories anymore.

Assuming Sr. was his biological father, Yes (assuming HI birth as well).

Barry was born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England...by birthright. A dual citizen from birth, owing alligience to two different countries from birth. He isn't now, nor ever was a "Natural Born Citizen" as known and intented by the framers for the Commander in Chief of the armed forces.

Book smart, smart in the medical field, smart traveler perhaps...but politically, American history, world affairs (etc) ignorant.

b.t.w. I know of a few people like that as well. Well educated, making VERY nice livings...but stuck on stupid when it comes to voting for the very people who will be setting policy in place that will undoubtedly negatively affect them.

Concern for Obama’s education led his mother to return him to Hawaii

His mother's concern was that young Barry was becoming quite a devout little Muslim. Mommy was a commie, not a Muslim, and she didn't want a son who was more Muslim than commie. So he was packed off back to the US to stay with his commie gran and gramps and all their commie friends.
