For travelers going through Spokane International Airport - or any airport - this holiday season, the choice is simple. Either go through a device that allows security personnel to see your body through your clothing, get felt up and groped, or find another way to your destination.
According to an article at the Sun-Sentinel:
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is warning that any would-be commercial airline passenger who enters an airport checkpoint and then refuses to undergo the method of inspection designated by TSA will not be allowed to fly and also will not be permitted to simply leave the airport.
If you refuse to be scanned or groped, you could face a penalty of $11,000 and possible arrest.
Miami-based TSA spokesperson Sari Koshetz told the Sentinel that passengers who first submit and then refuse the process would be questioned by authorities "until it is determined that they don't pose a threat"
The Sentinel reported that the ACLU is urging Americans to petition the Department of Homeland Security to change the policy. In a statement, the group said,
"All of us have a right to travel without such crude invasions of our privacy. Tell DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano to put in place security measures that respect passengers' privacy rights. You shouldn't have to check your rights when you check your luggage."
But the TSA plans to continue the invasive practice.

Why wouldn’t they just allow you to leave the airport??
This appears to be more about intimidation and control than actually stopping terrorist attacks.
So basically TSA is a cheap date - get groped and save $11,000!
It appears the TSA fiasco is not being linked to Obama.
According to Rasmussen Obamas negatives are not getting worse.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 27% of the nations voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13
This is way out of hand and needs to be stopped.
Strip search every passenger and all crew members. That would make Liberals happy!
If it doesn’t stop by Black Friday, it never will. People will lose interest.
Muslims want to blow up stuff....so lets humiliate the potential non Muslims victims.
and the muslims who caused the problem are exempted..... all by executive order from the muslim commander in chief, the grand jihadist, living in the big White House, Ibn Hussein Barrack.
Welcome to the new and great dissolution of American circus.
All men should show up in kilts with no underpants.
All women should wear a dress or skirt, also sans underpants to the airport.
The ladies should rig a mouse trap close to their genitals.
No, we have another choice - not to fly. Hit them where it really hurts - ticket $ale$.
Yes, Barry has found a new method to humiliate the American public. The ridiculous groping plan was obviously unworkable in concept, let alone in execution. Any normal person would reject such a plan on its face, but Barry thinks it’s okay for the average American to be considered guilty until proven innocent.
Or more about Obama throwing his temper tantrum against Americans because they rejected him and his corrupt agenda at the ballot box.
On a side note; has anyone seen any film footage or written MSM articles regarding TSA encounters with Muslims refusing the airports security system that Americans are being subjected to by TSA infidels? I haven't seen anything on this subject of Muslims and the TSA except the odd quip about Janet saying that aspect is under review.
One other item. Isn't it odd that the very people we are supposedly being protected against are now asking for and will probably receive exemptions from the security screening process.
