Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) said she's not "disloyal" to President Obama, but is willing to differ with him and other Democrats when necessary.
The centrist Missouri senator said she believes Obama has done many good things, and sidestepped a fellow Missouri lawmaker's warning that distancing herself from the president would be "an act of disloyalty."
"I am certainly not afraid to oppose the president or members of my party if I disagree with them. But that doesn't mean I'm disloyal to this president," McCaskill said Wednesday during a conference call with Missouri reporters. "I think he was the right choice for our country at the right time. I think many of the things he's done should be admired, and have been good."

What she meant to say is, “I’m loyal to anyone who can possibly advance my career. Obama isn’t done yet.”
Didn't Ernst Rohm say something like that just before Hitler had him capped?
She’s really behind a rock and a hard place right now. Her behavior in her town halls and her Obamacare vote will cause her big trouble in Missouri. Now as she tries to pretend to be more reasonable after the horse is out of the barn, the left calls her disloyal. Not sure, but I think she’s up for reelection in 2012.
She’s trying hard to convince us Missourians that she doesn’t deserve the same fate as her fellow marxists on 11/2. Claire knows she would have been pitched out on her ear had her term been up. As it is, we’ll have to wait until 2012 to pitch her out on her ear.

Prime take-down here. We really should get a good conservative Republican from MO. Then we need VA, NE, MT,ND,OH,FL I think we really need to pick up another Senator because of the likely outcome in AK and likely loss in MA. Murky will be totally useless and may even formally defect. Having these rinos in the party is often worse than going over to the Dems because these moderate coalitions usually just help the Dems get their agenda passed under the cover of bi-partisanship.
