Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- In response to a video of a California man's dispute with airport security officials, the Transportation Security Administration said Monday it tries to be sensitive to individuals, but everyone getting on a flight must be screened.

The video, in which software engineer John Tyner refuses an X-ray scan at the San Diego, California, airport, has sparked a debate over screening procedures.

I wonder how many TSA workers have criminal records? I wonder how many of those have records for sex crimes?

Am I looking at this photo correctly?

Is that nun being frisked by a muzzie?!

Is the U.S. flag in the background shielded to hide a red crescent or hammer & sickle in the blue field?

This is one of the most degrading things I have ever seen in my 55 years.

The nun's superiors should file complaints.

End the TSA - it’s an un-american disgrace.

Anyone who doesn't gag on the Orwellian word "Homeland" is un-American.

(Not a smart question.)

Really? Most folks don't HAVE to. So why do they tolerate the treatment when the PC stench hangs over the whole process, Madam? I don't want to pay $400 each to grab'em and spread'em so I can help commerce happen.

I took that to mean it hasn’t happened yet, not that he wouldn’t mind if it did. Still, I won’t spend my money there to be treated like live stock.

perhaps they’ll take action in D.C. if they lose enough revenue.

That is the point isn't it? Too bad it will affect you and your husband. TSA is second only to the MSM in driving away paying customers. Stay safe!

Yikes, you may be right.

My sincere apologies to rwfromkansas if I misinterpreted the post.

Try to get this through your thick, bureaucratic skulls: YOU work for US! It is not our job to make you jobs easier. If we say "No fondling," you can bet your welfare check that there will be NO FONDLING! There's no way a handful of disgruntled gropers can fend off an army of PO'd citizens who have finally had enough.

No, I believe the point is control and money for buddies. Corporations still have some clout in D.C. which they need to more actively exercise. If TSA is costing them revenue, they might start actively lobbying, rather than just rolling over on this crap.

And they’re the ones getting a pass at being screened.
