For Obama, it's back to a new reality By: Carol E. Lee November 14, 2010 04:10 PM EST
The trip began with policy successes and a glowing reception, welcome respite for a president fresh off of a stinging political defeat. But the terrain got thornier as Barack Obama made his way across Asia.
Dancing with schoolchildren in Mumbai and reconnecting with a piece of his childhood in Jakarta gave way to a setback on a free trade deal in Seoul and tense confrontations from his counterparts aboutAmerican leadership on the global economy. By the time he headed to his last stop a gathering of world leaders in Japan Obama was on the defensive and frustrated with how he was being portrayed.
What about the compliments? the president told reporters when asked what criticisms he heard during his conversations with other heads of state.
Unfortunately for Obama, it doesnt get easier from here. The worst of his nine days in Asia is better than the new reality in Washington he faces when he returns home Sunday afternoon.
He has to figure out what to do about tax cut issues the Democratic-controlled Congress punted before the midterm elections, and how to find agreement in a divided Congress on how to fund the government through next September. He meets Thursday for the first time with newly-emboldened Republican congressional leaders, whom hell host for dinner at the White House.

I don’t think so. I know a little about hair dye, it takes more processes to lighten hair than to cover it up light hair than just a bottle. It would seriously cut into his golf and travel time.
What about the compliments?
How about some complementary Ativan for zer0’s situational anxiety exacerbated by his pre-existing narcissistic personality disorder.
Oh well, maybe a nuk-nuk or thumb will do just as well.
Imagine
Chrissy, Olberman, HufPo, DU, all of em' . .
If that had been BUSH!
Or put another way, everyone sees that he is a fraud who says things that have no meaning to him (but sound nice).

The Rats are shovel-ready for the dust bin of history.
Bush was never incompetent for the position, Owebama was never vetted, it’s painfully obvious he’s unable to handle this position. The media is trying to figure out how to spin the world leaders laughing at his policies. It’s one thing bashing the tea party, but, the world leaders is another. And off an historic defeat in our election. The media knows this. There is no comparison between the two. Bush was a president, Owebama is a pretender.
0bama should just resign.
The party is over, and he can’t handle the hangover.
More and more of his supporters are abandoning him and calling for him to not run in 2012. Has there EVER been a president who didn’t die in office who did not even seek the nomination for a second term?
We have a case of arrested emotional development in the WH.Ya think?

He's not a messiah anymore. He can't deal with it. And the way he's turning grey, and his short hair cut, it would take hours and hours to keep up that style.
In India this past week:
Newly elected:
I think he just is pictured between dye jobs.
I bet he was quite gray haired before the election.
When you have the brush cut, a week of growth (assuming he’s 50% gray) makes a huge difference.
That was funny. :)
You forgot the “/sarcasm” at the end, but maybe it was so obvious you didn’t need it.
"I'm gonna just hold my breath and hang here till someone complements me..."
That’s better than saying his getting a grey hair dye job. Who knows. My hubby is 48, and has not one grey hair. Me, I’m on speed dial to Loreal.
We always thought my mom (RIP) was dying her hair.
When she went into the hospital and then a nursing home before her passing @ 78, amazingly her hair stayed jet black.
At 62 I’m the same way.
