You're the one that wants us to believe winning in Delaware is a measure of whether a candidate can win a Presidential election. It isn't.
You want us to believe that underfunded and supported rookie political candidates like Angle and Buck compare to someone that was elected the governor of a state and participated in a Presidential election campaign. They don't.

Really? After Rush et al destroyed Huckabee’s conservative creds, there was a mass migration away from Huckabee. That defection is still in place, and for many on the right Palin is the last man standing, the only obviously committed conservative who is also sufficiently politically energizing to give threat of winning. Everyone else is as exciting as a doorknob. So honestly, I don’t get polls that favor Huckabeee, except perhaps that there are more social conservatives who are fiscal liberals than I realized. The Catholic left perhaps? Something is not adding up in this analysis.

It betrays hysterical fear, and a willingness to believe what you're told to believe by the pundits.
Their only hope is to short circuit a Palin candidacy, because they know in their heart of hearts that she is an immense threat to Obama.
Whereas some of these other candidates may look good now, they may well fade, while Palin will only wax stronger.
While I have reservations about Palin myself, I'm certainly not going to fall into the trap of dismissing her out of hand just because some meaningless poll tells me to.
I have news for you: the 2012 GOP Presidential nomination is HERS for the taking, if she wants it.

Then you're just blind. The crowds she draws and the enthusiasm she generates are more than sufficient "empirical evidence" to "back it up". She is daily overcoming the disadvantage the media put her at during her VP run.
"If Palin somehow becomes the GOP nominee in 2012, what will you say when she loses? “Oh well, better luck next time”? There won’t be an America left for next time. 2012 is our one shot to stop 0bama’s agenda from going into effect. Once it does, there will be no getting rid of it until it bankrupts America. And then we’ll have more serious concerns with the total breakdown of society, the monetary system, law & order, and national defense.
"IF" that happens (which I think highly unlikely in the extreme), then I'll warm up my firearms and join the revolution that will shortly follow. The American colonies were pretty bankrupt after the revolution, but "they" managed to make it. My ancestors among them. I hope to do as well, "if" it happens.

If Huckabee were president now we would already have Amnesty and all of the horrible legislation the democrat congress put through. In addition since Huckabee calls itself a Republican then the democrats would have won even more seats in the recent election.So Huckabee is worse than Obama and would be if it won in 2012 . That you don't see this shows to me that you are a democrat. . You are campaigning for a socialist called Huckabee. Was Mike Huckabee “just like Bill Clinton?” Maybe, but some would actually say he was to the left of Bill Clinton. As Governor of Arkansas, Huckabee’s tax and spend record greatly exceeded former AR Gov. Bill Clinton. He even wanted to tax the internet.
Mike Huckabee is to the left of even Sam Brownback and John McCain on immigration. He claimed God wants us to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. As Governor of Arkansas he advocated letting illegal aliens vote.

As Governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee passed a law that added major restrictions to the Arakansas Homeschool Rights Act passed by Bill Clinton, making Arkansas one of the most hostile state to homeschoolers outside of the Northeast. Homeschoolers in Arkansas had more rights when Clinton left office than when Huckabee left office.
