They didn’t sign up for the military. They paid a lot of money for a supposedly enjoyable cruise.

They were supposed to have comfortable staterooms, swimming pools, plenty of food and a nice vacation.

They got a crappy experience that ruined their vacation.

How would you feel if your once in a lifetime trip was ruined like this and you were trapped on a ship without working bathrooms?

I’m sure it wasn’t pleasant but these people are going to compensated for their ordeal. Their money will be refunded and a voucher for another cruise. Seems fair to me. Things happen.

They got their money back AND a voucher for another cruise. So their “trip of a lifetime” was hardly ruined. They need to quit whining and thank their lucky stars things didn’t turn out MUCH worse!

I agree wholeheartedly with you on this. They were not in the service, did not intend to have a crappy vacation and probably had a limited time to take the vacation.

I would have been upset also and I know a lot of you who are telling them to man up would also have been upset if you had paid for one thing and gotten a completely opposite experience.

Maybe you should put yourself in their shoes before you spout off with the so called advice.

Even worse. Carnivale denied those people SPAM, even though it was available.
