Obama's economic view is rejected on world stage

SEOUL, South Korea -- President Barack Obama's hopes of emerging from his Asia trip with the twin victories of a free-trade agreement with South Korea and a unified approach to spurring global economic growth ran into resistance on all fronts Thursday, putting Obama at odds with his key allies and largest trading partners.

The most concrete trophy expected to emerge from the trip eluded his grasp: a long-delayed free trade agreement with South Korea, first negotiated by the Bush administration and then reopened by Obama, to have greater protections for U.S. workers.

KEYWORDS: failure; g20; obama
Two points:

1) This shows the Illegal's total incompetence when he can't even complete and have signed the trade treaty that Bush already negotiated with the South Koreans, some of our closest allies.

2) Even more important, the tone of this article from the Slimes is deeply hostile to the Illegal. It looks like the establishment DemonRats are softening him up for a really big political hit.

I guess it's apparent to the entire world that America's 1st AAP (Affirmative Action President) couldn't run a lemonade stand let alone the world economy.

BO is out of his league in dealing with leaders of other countries. Affirmative action leaders can’t compete with leaders who are elected based on ability.

Obama has an economic view?

Expecting a protégé of the Weather Underground to have an actual, economic, view -- fit into the little sack between their legs they use to "think"?  That's simply an unrealistic expectation.

He's doing the same thing as he does to us....They're afraid and it makes them stupid and unable to think clearly.

Two years later, we're still at 10% unemployment.

Just extend ALL the Bush tax cuts, get rid of Obamacare and businesses will make some moves and people will be a little more confident. It's this unkown that we don't like.

Score:

China: 4 ... Obama: Zero

The Fed must go, it is too politicized, and is not accountable to the people of our nation.

Obama is the laughing stock of the G-20 conference.

The delegates there regard him as a wooley headed muppet from Sesame Street. The blah-dee-blah-blah from this pompous pretender is hillarious to them.

Obama's fascist "One World Economy" approach will never work on the Chinese, they mean to destroy Obama completely. That became evident at the Environmental summit in Stockholm. I wish the Chinese the very best of luck and hope they succeed.I am rooting for China to make short work of Obama.

BTW, why do the Chicoms dislike the dude Obamster? Its simple really. Commies detest fascists. They recognize Obama for what he really is.

Meanwhile watch all that newly printed QE2 money from monetizing the debt shoot over to Malaysia and Indonesia, at the urging of the neocolonialist Obama. Irritate the Dragon Obama!(The Chinese are going to kick Obamas butt, since America itself has not yet completed that job.)

它去中国!踢奥巴马的屁股!愿神与你在一起。

Tā qù zhōngguó! Tī ào bā mǎ de pìgu! Yuàn shén yǔ nǐ zài yīqǐ.

Zögern Sie nicht Deutschland! Besiegt Obama. Sie vor allem anderen zu erkennen Obamas Faschismus. Mögen die Götter mit dir sein.

Agree on both points—but would add to point 1 that it appears the old tactic of “you have to sign it so you can find out what’s in it” is much less effective on the world stage than it is in congress.

I agree. Something’s up with the Times’s barrage of front-page, Obama-diminishing stories from this G20 meeting.

China: 4 ... Obama: Zero

It's pretty sad when the self-proclaimed leader of the free world and "president" of the United States is too far to the left for the Communist Chinese leadership.

Good point. Obama had to be trying to change the terms at the last minute. The South Korean's weren't buying. Good for them.

If the stakes for America weren't so high…

Remember just a few short years ago the international community was having a love affair with candidate Obama? Bush was hated the world over… I wonder if they privately miss W yet.

Funny thing is...Bush wasn't really hated.

He was both respected and liked by world leaders. It was the MSM who lied about this as they lied about everything else.

Bush was photographed almost every day with a world leader either overseas, in the WH, or in Crawford. Can't think of the last time Zero was photographed in the Oval with a head of state.
