Sorry for the vanity, but did anyone see Megyn Kelly's interview with Michael Reagan in the noon (MST) hour? I've searched for a post here, as well as for a link to the interview at Fox News, to no avail. He was "handicapping" GOP Presidential contenders for 2012, and essentially seemed to put Huckabee at the head of the field, and basically said Sarah hasn't a chance because she's "too polarizing."

“Now those so-called “intellectuals” are clamoring to be endorsed by Sarah Palin.”
She couldn’t get Joel Miller to win in her own state and one of the reddest in the country during the biggest wave for the GOP in decades. She couldn’t even convince her daughter to vote for anyone. That’s a result of her anti-intellectualism.

You do know that the election in Alaska is NOT over don’t you?

Ah, I can tell you haven't read the book. *That* figures.
Sarah takes on Big Oil illuminates Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's rise to power, along with her successes and failures in dealing with the industry that is the lifeblood of the state's economy. This book is a must read for those seeking to understand Palin's qualifications for national leadership.

And you couldn't convince me that you know what the hell you're talking; just another run-of-the-mill Palin basher and I have no time for you.
I'm done with you and your type...go away.

Palin makes Obama look good. You have got to be kidding...

I know her royalty tax that punishes the rest of the nation in higher gas prices also caused Conoco Oil to leave Alaska and take its jobs elsewhere.
And, I have been to Alaska on three separate trips. How about you?

“2 years as governor does not qualify one. (Flame suit on)”
I suppose that a community organizer is sufficient qualifications?
When you say 2 years as governor, you are ignoring all of her prior service that got her into the overnor’s Mansion. Much more experience than 0bambi. Plus McCain & Biden - combined!
If the PUBs insist on nomination another plain vanilla RINO (Huckabee, Romney or any of the other faceless names), 0bambi wins in a landslide and we’ll be worse off than the last two years. Knowing that, I will not lift a finger to elect, nor will I support, nor will I vote for, any RINO.

Utter nonsense.
And oh yeah, I spent a good chunk of 2006 working in Anchorage and out in the Indian villages, while Palin was running for governor. So I know a whole heck of a lot more about the state than you do, bub.
To: goldstategop
Sorry Charlie, Palin does NOT make Obama look good. Jimmy Carter can’t even do that on his worst days.

18 years as an effective politician and leader does qualify her, and it is about 32 months, not 24.

If that is what the GOP wants... It's not so much "what the GOP wants", as it's what the Dems want. Obviously RINOs want a RINO candidate, but real Republicans have to be fooled into thinking that any good candidate doesn't stand a chance.
