You should! ... When Hawaii's state Democratic Party refused to certify that Obama was eligible to be President (something they routinely certified for previous Dem conventions), they shoved a document in your face at the convention that OMITTED the language saying he was eligible.

They had been counseled to OMIT that language, by their organization's lawyer (William H Gilardy) who knew it would be purjury to do so. Gilardy knew this because he happened to also be Obama's mother's lawyer during her divorce, so Gilardy knew Obama's citizenship irregularities.

Nancy... YOU then had to perjure yourself by certifying to HAWAII's Secretary of State one day later (while still at the Convention) that Obama meets the "Natural Born Citizen" eligibility requirement in the Constitution. You did this ONLY for HAWAII, and only because they refused to do so. Note the words that you swore under oath ONLY to Hawaii's S.O.S, but not to the other 49 states:

So now Nancy, I am SURE you deeply regret perjuring yourself to put this man on the ballot in Hawaii!

Would the Congressional Ethics Committee still have jurisdiction to investigate Pelosi’s criminal activity in certifying Obama’s eligibility if she resigns from Congress, or would that move that action into the sole jurisdiction of the Department of Injustice?

Could be a deciding factor in whether she quits now or later. I hope and pray that she doesn’t quit until AFTER an investigation is initiated.
