Karl Rove was just on the Fox News morning show. When asked who deserves the credit for the Republican tsunami he mentioned Obama but no credit at all for the Tea Party. He also gloated over his forecasting prowess.

Michael Steele on FoxNews this morning seems to get it. Rove still doesn’t.
Steele said that The Establishment is going to have to deal with the new reality [that be Tea Party].

>>I changed the channel when I saw Roves face. Glad I did. I have no use for him. Waiting patiently for his comeuppance.<<
That’s two of us. Keep that recipe for crow on hold.
BTW, if we are passing around high fives, we could have had a Republican Senate, if KR would have eaten another truck, instead of trashing REPUBLICAN nominees. He trashed Angle, O’Donnell and Miller. Thanks, you FB.
All I can say folks is lets keep our eyes on the Republicans and keep their feet to the fire. Without the Senate they cant override Obamacare but they can cut funds. In two years if they havent tried we must put some Independents in there. We know Democrats march in lockstep!
good point, it was truly disgusting to see George HW Bush running away from Reaganism in 1988-92
so many opportunities have been squandered since 1988 but it looks like we may be on the road to turning things around
Rove is correct in that w/o Obama there is no tea party movement. It’s not really much different in that Clinton gave rise to the ‘94 Contract w/ America election.
Now here is where the difference is — Contract w/ America was a campaign prop. and only self-policed by the winners where convenient. The TP will be actively monitoring candidate performance and if they fall into the typical politician mode will not think twice to mobilize against them.

Every time that bastage opened his mouth last night, I turned the channel.
I find him that obnoxious, it is time for Rove to Exit Stage Left and take up restoring wooden boats, gardening, etc. something. Just leave Karl....
Rove is quite simply just wrong on his assessment that Uhbamuh gets more credit this victory than the Tea Party. But for the Tea Party sweeping the country and telling everyone they know the specifics of Uhbamuh’s plans for this country, the GOP would have sat their fat and happy content to simply get along and the country would have bent over and taken if from He Who Speaks With Aid of Magic Screen.
Rove had a plan for this election which probably would have been in incredible failure and is angry that normal folk succeeded.
LOL, unfortunately I still have to work because I havent been able to time the market.
However the Federal Reserve announced this week it is buying hundreds of billions of dollars of new treasuries, the government is taking on so much debt there is not enough buyers. So I still go with Jim Rogers early 2009 prediction, energy, mining and food production. That is where the most inflation will be when we see any recovery.
We can, but Sean Hannity will still be their sticking his nose up Rove's arse calling him the “Architect.”
It was Reagan that was the odd one out. The Bush’s represent solidly the big government core of the GOP. Lincoln, big gov. Teddy Roosevelt, liberal/progressive big gov, Coolidge small gov, Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, the Bush’s all big gov.
It’s not called the Liberty party, Small Government party or even the conservative party for a reason.
This is a party that has supported ‘trickle down’ economics. The idea that wealth comes from an elite, even productive elite. It doesn’t. It comes from all of us improving ourselves and producing savings and wealth that here or there is often in a few people’s hands that they think that it them that made the vast wealth, when in fact it is the savings, work and genius of a hundred million working/thinking/inventing/risk taking people who don’t need an elite, which is very disturbing to the psyche of any elite, communist to Republican.
If Rove keeps this up, he will only strengthen the Tea Party, and might end up giving a good reason for a third party. We finally have his number, and his number is about up.
Rove is the GOP’s version of Hillary Clinton. He’s there, he is still pulling strings, and he is not to be underestimated. A lot of democrats don’t like Hillary and what she does and a lot of republicans don’t like Rove and what he does. But that does not change the reality that they are out there, doing their respective ‘works’.
Never thought I’d say it but Rover = dinosaur.
He just marginalized himself. I’m so tired of his old song of every time his mouth gets himself into a controversial area of Rove on one side and logic and the American people on the other side, he just shrugs and said “Hey, I’m a Fox News Analyst” and this is what I think.
Bye, Rove! I’m not watching you anymore. You’re the reason God invented the mute button. Hope your hosts get the same idea and you just quit being invited to those shows as an “analyst.”
HW BUSH.
“Read My Lips, No, New Taxes”
Margaret Thatcher to HW. “ Don’t go wobbly on us George”. ( Now thinking about that, HW who was very, very heroic in WWII, what did Thatcher mean? She meant that she knew that HW was a wimp politician with weak RINO core values, and basically inherited the Presidency by hanging onto Reagan’s coat tails. And, she was proved right. HW blew it.
Here is right. Nice showing by Angle, Miller and Christine. Talk about 3 blown seats. Also Nikki Haley only won SC with 52% of the vote. Which is AWFUL for SC
