Rove probably thought her chances of winning were slim.
If she holds 46 to that rat’s 49, that’s not SLIM.
That would be called a toss-up if the Tea Party wasn’t involved.
So was it even before Zero went in to shore the Coon up?
People think it’s a sure thing Castle would have beaten Coons?

To: Gondring
No, the funny thing is Rove and the rest of the bed wetters never paid attention to what O’Donnell was actually saying.
O’Donnell simply advocates constitutional conservatism. That’s all. The rest of the BS is for morons like Rove.
Rove is like the brainless democrats who thought Tina Fey was Sarah Palin.

Both are RINO’s that were assisted by the establishment Repub’s in Delaware to withhold support or outright work against the elected nominee of the party, O’Donnell....

The Republican voters of Delaware had spoken. Yeah, but that's not the view of Christine O'Donnell, who didn't support the GOP nominee after she came in 3rd place in the primary. She ran a separate campaign in the general.
So it's not like she had much room for criticism.

At least on this thread we are finding out the true colors of some who claim to be conservatives by their response of Christine O'Donnell's win or lose.
Famous words from the founder of Free Republic Jim Robinson ( " MITT ROMNEY IS A SOCIALIST PIG !!! " ) ... eat that MITTBOTS !!

Dear GOD, I wish people who don’t know WTF they are talking about, have never been to DE, would stop calling DE a Liberal State.
Let me repeat this again,
The Northerly portion of New Castle County (above the Canal)which is less than 1/3, more like 1/4 of the landmass is heavily infiltrated with people who left NJ, MD, PA, NY, CT... it is very densely populated, and nothing like the rest (3/4) of the state. Either by Urban vs rural, industry vs farming, teaching, schools, shopping you name it.
Please stop calling DE a Liberal state. Especially if you have no clue WTF you are talking about.
Thank you for your consideration.

I agree with your post 100%
Yeah....it’d be nice if ALL our candidates were Ronald Reagan (but I’m sure some here tonight would slam him for being divorced and having liberal kids)....
....BUT....you have GOT to win and a moral victory won’t keep you warm at night.
Take your half a loaf and try to snatch a full one when the coast is clear.

Well stated. I’m compiling a list, and to them and to Rove I will show no mercy.

Do you have the same level of condemnation for other Republicans who have done the same, Gondring?
To: Gondring
Yeah, but that's not the view of Christine O'Donnell, who didn't support the GOP nominee after she came in 3rd place in the primary. She ran a separate campaign in the general. When she ran in 2006, that is.

Rove is an asshat self-fulfilling prophecy who worked against the duly elected republican candidate by the people to defeat her. He is a part of the problem... he is NO hero and he is NO sage.. he is a corrupt bastard.

Rove’s rants for 3 days seemed to drive her numbers down. If she had longer she might have pulled it out, or she might have stumbled.
I will still hope for a Truman/Dewey moment with the pundits getting egg on their face - but I am not holding my breath.

Wooooo there, EEE. You support establishment hack Republicans under the pretense of "winning." I have zero respect for you and your ilk who want to join the Democrats at destroying America.

O’Donnell is a FOOL if she concedes before the votes are counted and re-counted. She should sue like a Democrat staffer for Gore in 2000. You just know Democrat dirty tricks are RAMPANT in that state.
To: paulycy
Winning then being wrong on the issues does us no good whatsoever. We need both.... Get with the game. We win, they lose.
We *want* both. In a very liberal district or state, if we want even a moderate to win, it will take a candidate with exceptional organization skills, exceptional communication skills, and a squeaky clean personal history. So this definitely applies to conservative candidates in very liberal districts/states. Rove is right.
