I'll try to keep up with the results as they come out.
The big races:
SENATE- Richard Burr (R) (inc) v Elaine Marshall (D)
US House 2- Bob Etheridge (D) (inc) v Renee Ellmers (R)
US House 7- Mike McIntyre (D) (inc) v Ilario Pantano (R)
US House 8- Larry Kissell (D) (inc) v Harold Johnson (R)
US House 11- Heath Shuler (D) (inc) v Jeff Miller (R)
Republicans are expected to do very well in local races, and Dem pollsters PPP believe we will pick up both chambers of the state legislature.
Go Pantano!
One result I saw hadPantano ahead one had him behind.
I am praying just the lib counties have reported and he is winning!

Orange County has reported 36 of 44 precincts, with Price winning 69/31. Unfortunately, Durham County hasn’t reported *anything* yet. That’s not good. By way of comparison, Durham went 68/28 Obama in 2008...but that vote was largely racial, and there’s no Obama Effect this year. Still, it’s stupidly liberal around here.

Lawson is leading now . . . close . . .
How the hell is that idiot Bob Etheridge winning by that much? Did the entire Second District have a mass attack of the stupid?

OKAY statewide...
U.S. House District 7
0 of 10 counties reporting
Mike McIntyre 21,616 53.5%
Ilario Gregory Pantano 18,789 46.5%
Let’s PRAY that the liberal counties have reported.
Brunswick should bring Pantano ahead.

Very few counties reporting in full so far, which is skewing the 2nd dist. race.
I know I posted Pender County ONLY results.
It is C L O S E GO PANTANO!!!
http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/NC/22580/37521/en/summary.html
Only the most Dem-heavy counties have reported in full from that race so far.
I find it concerting that every incumbent R race has been called...

Personally, I don’t see us winning them, but any one of them is a happy day for me. 1 win even, 2 nice, 3 estatic.
Go NC!
Yeah some counties are sitting on their hands in reporting...
Damn...Bill Randall loses to Miller.
