First Coons sends a S.O.S. about
low Dem turnout (and also
claiming voter intimidation), now Steve Kagen says the same.
This is no coincidence. We have seen this M.O. before on election day: Dems setting up for legal fights in close races.
The Gallup enthusiasm gap poll of +19 GOP that was released today seems to be bearing out.
Is today a Superwave election? Dems appear to be in real trouble.

Oh the Horror!!! Doctor Millionaire many finally be going down. Granted he had a few townhalls on health care, but the turnout made it very clear how he should of voted. The long knives are out today...Finally PAYBACK!!!!

A rat’s idea of “voter intimidation” is actually nothing more than a show of resistance to rat vote fraud.

Not so sure these reports aren’t just a strategy to try to get a more decisive win for the dem candidate. To get more people to the polls. I don’t trust this to be true.
To: MaestroLC
Could this be a lie? I am hearing this a lot from Democrats....I really think they are playing it down.

From The Hill article,
>>>She said O’Donnell backers were crowding the exterior of several polling places in anticipation of the candidate’s arrival, which briefly restricted access for some voters.<<<
“Briefly restricted access for some voters” is not voter intimidateion.
Give me a break.

Rep. Steve Kagen's (D-Wis.) campaign manager e-mailed supporters to warn them that turnout numbers were flagging and that they needed more voters to make their way to the polls. "You hear that, amigos? Double-time! On to Wisconsin!"

Food for thought: Things are far below expectations in Ohio.
Voting slowing down in Cuyahoga County; 410,000 ballots expected
The director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections has lowered her expectations for voter turnout in the county for this midterm election.
Director Jane Platten said that based on the number of votes cast by 2 p.m., she only expects closer to 410,000 ballots by the time the polls close at 7:30 p.m. Earlier, she predicted more than 430,000 of the county's 978,268 registered voters would turn out.
But by 2 p.m. today, only 10.5 percent of the voters had been heard from. Between 42 and 44 percent of the 205,000 absentee ballots had been returned

I think Kagen is right to think that low turnout is bad news for Democrats. If so, that means only the most enthusiastic voters (i.e, Republicans and right-leaning independents)are going to the polls.

I just voted in my Republican leaning district (it did go Obama by less than 100 votes in 2008, but voted for Kagans competitor Jon Guard by a 200 vote margin the same year).
I was voter 609 at around 1:00. That turnout rivals 2008.
Things aren't looking good for Kagan in my district!!!!!!

Coons is a snot nosed know it all who thinks the Founders didn't get it right, the Constitution as they wrote it needs to be changed on a constant basis.
Thank God he will be back in Delaware raising taxes instead of in DC.
