Apparently, calling all organizations “NAMBLA” is a running gag on The Daily Show. But since I never watch the show, I wouldn't know. (I have to admit I laughed at the video.)
So, my guess is the sign was an “inside joke”, and not really NAMBLA.

Someone here linked to CSPAN, which is why I clicked it on (I don’t watch TV). It was running in the background when the calls began, and I thought, “CSPAN, why do you continue with the charade of ‘one from each line, that means balance’? In the short time I listened, two democrats called on the republican line, and at least two democrats called on the independent line. So silly.
Pretty sick joke. Might as well have a joke about slavery and the Holocaust too.
