Not sure if he’s paid or not, but I suspect you’re right that he’s a troll.

You have no idea how disgusting it is to share the barracks with a bunch of lesbians. They are just as in your face, and aggressive as the men.And aggressiveness is a *bad* thing? This is the military we're talking about, not the church quilting circle... right?
Just sayin' is all... :~)
To: PeterPrinciple
High moral behavior something I agree on. So why don't we exclude all persons from the military with bad credit, bad job history, divorces, are behind on child support, who show disrespect to their parents, and who commit adultery.
So that leaves about a few thousand persons from each state to serve in the military.
Sorry, but the human condition is a lot less than perfect. I like the goal however.

Maybe on some sites, but I’ve known too many people under 25 who troll just to start a fight. I suspect that this may be the case here. If he comes back with nothing but talking points, he’s paid. If he gets mad and starts in on the personal attacks, he’s under 25 and just trolling for fun.

I'm confused though.......What does sexuality have to do with being committed or professional?Nothing, unless you're more concerned that everyone know you are a "gay" serviceman/woman rather than just a serviceman. I think it shows where your real commitment lies.
Unfortunately, I can't take you seriously since you threw out the race=sexuality canard in another post. At that point, in my eyes, you lost your credibility.
To: SeekAndFind
Military policy is not determined by referendum, so the question is moot.

My wife never received a survey. It was one piece of junk mail we wanted to get.

Israel barely held their own in the last little clash in Lebanon and are a far cry from the past.

High moral behavior is something you agree with? I ain’t buying it bub. If that were the case, why would you want moral degenerates in the service with you? You do realize that that is what homosexuals are, don’t you?

This is just the media setting the stage for Obama to repeal DADT in the lame duck session..

Israel barely held their own in the last little clash in Lebanon (okay, I am exaggerating a little) and are a far cry from the past.

I made the same observation, but didn't say anything.
IMHO the drill sergeants need to weed out the unprofessional and uncommitted, as well as the unintelligent candidates in Basic Training.
I know that right now they kick out about 20% during basic due to personality/charicter flaws. I trust the ones giving basic training to spot what will not serve us well as a country. Gay, straight, or otherwise. No political agendas, just pure talent.

This is just the media setting the stage for Obama to repeal DADT in the lame duck session..Could be. But it also shows that most of the soldiers with their perspectives and priorities in order will not fall into quivering hysterical fits because of this inevitability. Good for us.

Post after post of talking points.

I wouldn't want to have to put my trust into someone who's priority is for the world to know their sexual preference. There's an agenda here, and it ain't the defense of the nation. You have said all that needs to be said about the subject.
