Larkin’s attorney should file a motion to delay any further proceedings until after the Nov. 2nd elections. I bet the mood of the courts will change dramatically!

Anyone who expected some other outcome just does not understand how the law works and will continue to be disappointed as this plays out. Those who have encouraged LTC Lakin to pursue this fool’s errand are going to walk away scot free to tilt at the next windmill and Lakin’s career will be destroyed.
I need to understand why this case differs from any instance of a military person disoberying an order from a superior?
For instance, what if a Private told his Drill Sargeant he did not feel like peeling potatoes, and plus he didn’t know for sure the Sargeant was even a citizen, or a real Sargeant to boot.
When I went through Basic, there were (said to be) E4s wearing E5 Buck Sargeant stripes, serving as Drill Sargeants.
Woe be to the guy who took a position that he didn’t have to follow an order, for the other guy wasn’t a true Sargeant.
Impeachment is the only remedy when it is discovered that a sitting president lacks constitutional qualifications.
He confirmed to WND that there will be new directions for the defense, but could not elaborate.

Puckett confirmed that the judge in the case, Denise Lind, "rendered the proper legal ruling" regarding access to Obama’s birth and eligibility evidence.
"She was right on the facts and right on the law," he told WND.
He hinted about his plan of defense.
"All those issues concerning the president’s eligibility to hold office are completely irrelevant as to whether Lt. Col. Lakin was issued lawful orders and whether he obeyed them," he said.
Apologize if this has already been posted, but I can't wade through everything here. I am pleased, however, that LTC Lakin now appears to have competent representation that will focus on Lakin's best interests at this point.
