When judges and justices read Dr. Fukino’s statement, they dismiss the lawsuit.

What a bunch of horse manure! Now you know judges read and believe the same crap you do? First off give them some credit and second its not in evidence and can’t be considered. You really try and spin nothing into something...Have you made your donation yet?

It’s obvious from some of the judges’ dismissal opinions that they have read the defense briefs which have included materials on Obama’s eligibility. Many of the judges go way beyond simply discussing the lack of standing and also comment on the facts of the lawsuit. A good example is Chief Judge of the US District Court Royce C. Lamberth in his Memorandum Opinion dismissing Orly Taitz’s quo warranto claim against President Obama: “This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution (see US CONST. Article II, Section I). This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.” (Taitz v Obama, April 14, 2010).

You can check the 4th Quarter Freepathon donations page to see for yourself if I made a donation. Oh the EXCITEMENT!!!

Whatever. You could not be more completely off base.

I don't need the tired, cliched, cut-and-paste lecture of 2009’s greatest hits because I didn't vote for Obama. I'm also actively involved in local get-out-the-vote efforts for the Republican Party. I just also happen to believe that facts matter, which sometimes interferes with tired, cliched talking points, but serves the Party's long term interests far better.

Where did Obama ever submit Fukino’s statement to a court?

“The only way my epistemology allows me to deal with that is either to chalk it up to personality conflicts and ignore it, or to go strictly on the evidence I can see and make sense of. That seems to be what both MT and Danae accept as the standard also so I don’t think either one would be offended by a request for more information.”

I spent days scouring the internet for as many state registrar stamps from Hawaii as i could find. I didn’t whip all this up in a minute and just “jump off the cliff” as BT has implied.

There is NOTHING wrong with asking for photos of the backs of all her documents and the inside of the envelope assembled and/diassembled.

There would be SOME transfer in that envelope if there was any on the other sheet of paper bundled with it.

Buckeye Texan is a crazy effing fool if he thinks I am just going to buy some story that the ink/toner only transferred to the photocopy in a thick enough quantity to be “readable’ by El Sardo but none transferred anywhere else or smudged.

Please. I mean PLEASE.

And if I don’t see it today—I don’t need to see it at all. Why bother. This is just not a credible story.

I’ve never seen ideology get in the way of her analysis. The issue here is trust. What El Sordo said didn’t make sense to her. You’ve said before that you can’t just accept an argument until it makes sense to you. I remember telling you that I would never fault you for that; none of us is convinced until we’re convinced. So let’s convince each other. If we all want the truth and we’re all telling the truth we should eventually get there.

Pilate said to Jesus, “What is truth?” He had seen the politics and had been told that if he had one more dust-up with the Jews he would be removed from the “Friends of Caesar” Club - removal by mandatory suicide. He knew he had to condemn an innocent Man to death or die himself - because politics, not truth, is the way of the world.

I read somewhere that Pontius Pilate actually did commit suicide, in the end.

They make Republicans look bad and will help Obama get re-elected.

Fear and intimidation tactics. LOL! ala...If you don't vote for barry, you're a racist. ALL from the same cesspool. That statement, basically, tells the story - they need new enablers, this one is of a juvenile mindset. If you don't give me what I want, I'm going to tell your mother. na nana na na. So weak, so pathetic, so old.

As I said, I don’t have an issue with MissTickly’s need for more information. What I take issue with is her calling two freepers liars based on her (faulty) assumption about how the toner was transferred.

I am not concerned about any of that. Was a liberal, am a liberal—I’ll decide once Obama is gone.

At this point, all I know is that I am fiscally conservative and I stand by the Constitution. I’ll have to figure the rest out later. Who knows where I’ll end up!=)

I have dedicated myself to this issue. And I have paid dearly for that time and again, but it’s been my choice. I know you understand, bdz...so thank you...

That isn't what I was implying. I said you jumped off the cliff when you decided to call El Sordo and Danae liars based on your incorrect assumption.

There is NOTHING wrong with asking for photos of the backs of all her documents and the inside of the envelope assembled and/diassembled.

No, there is nothing wrong with that.

There would be SOME transfer in that envelope if there was any on the other sheet of paper bundled with it.

Pure horsesh*t. One does not require the other.

39th Congress..debating giving citizenship after War Between the States: “There is another class of persons well recognized, not only in our constitutional history, but also by the laws of nations, who are not foreigners, who occupy an intermediate position, and that intermediate position is defined by the laws of nations by the word ‘ subjects.’

“intermediate”..this throws out subjects equal to natural born citizens...

Interestingly enough the subject, spoken of by Rep. Shellabarger (Ohio), also did not owe allegiance to any foreign nation:

” Now, then, to that class belong the persons who are naturalized by this bill. If they were not, indeed, citizens hitherto, they were at least subjects of this Government, by reason of their birth, and by reason of the fact that they owed no foreign allegiance.

” That brings me to the next remark, and it is this: that these subjects, not owing any foreign allegiance, no individual act of theirs is required in order to their naturalization, because they owe no foreign allegiance to be renounced by their individual acts,

” That being proved, it is competent for the nationality, or for the government, wherever that subject may-reside, to naturalize that class of persons by treaty or by general law, as is proposed by the amendment of the gentleman from New York [Mr. Raymond]. It is the act of the sovereign alone that is requisite to the naturalization of that class of persons, and it may be done either by a single act naturalizing entire races of men, or by adopting the heads of families out of those races, or it may be done to any extent, greater or less, that may please the sovereign.

And this brings us back to the part of the 14th the drones like to negate as irrelevant or by obfuscating its meaning. They say it means being born within the borders/boundaries/limits but it does NOT according to the 39th Congress. There are “limits” AND “Jurisdiction”. NOT limits as jurisdictions:

He(Mr Rogers, NY) was in favor of the first part of the bill, which declares “who shall be citizens of the United States, and declares that all shall be citizens without distinction of race, color, or previous condition of servitude, who are, have been, or shall be born within the limits and jurisdiction of the United States.

AS we have been saying...jurisdiction means NOT owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty.

You said the transfer was “readable” now it’s the line from the bottom of the receipt only. Such utter crap.

You are lying now or were lying then. Because you are a liar and I see through it.

It’s going to take the backs of both documents, the inside of the envelope and the back of the COLB. With clarity. And preferably scans IN ADDITION to photos. And today—not three weeks later like it took after she ‘received’ this photocopy.

This story SMELLS BAD.

“It was a straight front to back transfer of the some of the receipt onto the back of the

Now that I think about it a bit more, it was only the heavy ink (ink! IIINNNNkKKKkkk!!!) from the last line of the receipt onto the bottom of the long form. From that, without trying to study things in depth, I’d probably have to say that this transfer happened while the documents were folded together and in the envelope. But that is speculation ion my part. The point I wanted to make was that this wasn’t something she had just printed off.

B, either Danae has a moral bank account with you and you believe her, or you don’t.

If she shared this transfer image with you, assuming it came through clearly in a scan or photograph, would that be sufficient?

If so, why would that be enough if what she has shown you already isn’t enough?

If not, why should she bother and what level of evidence would you need?”

Interesting. I’d not read that. I know that the Orthodox Church has a St Procula Day; that was Pilate’s wife. Makes me wonder what must have been going through Pilate’s mind and soul after the events of Good Friday and Easter.

I don’t know how anybody could be in politics without getting cynical and hardened. Somehow, though, the rule of law has to apply even in politics.

There were other things sitting in the back of her mind as well.

We don’t know what assumptions are faulty until we know more. You’re making assumptions too. We all are at this point because it’s all we can do, until we see the evidence.

Yes it does. To believe otherwise is to suspend all logic.

Five days in an envelope and you are trying to convince people there would be no smudging or transfer from a document that bleeds all over a sheet of paper BEHIND it?

Is it just too difficult for you guys to fake that?

If the toner transferred to the bottom of the BC photocopy, it transferred to the envelope.

For some reason you are just TOO desperate to allow this fact to stand. Why honey? Did you and your friends get busted?

Yes. You did.
