As I have posted numerous occasions Democrats are criminals. They think like criminals, they act like criminals, they are the majority of the individuals that are indicted on criminal charges in our government, and the results of their crimes against the American people are always theft be it of our money, our freedom, our future, or our rights.

Nail ‘em this November. Clean house of all Dems, and RINO’s up for election, and then do it again each of the next election cycles until they are all OUT.

Kick their collective butts.

Three responses to the proposal, with later ones to be applied only if the earlier listed ones fail:

1. Filibuster in the Senate

2. Lawsuits under the takings clause and the 4th Amendment

3. Armed rebellion

"Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) was the only other senator at the hearing with Harkin."

Harkin isn't up for reelection again until 2014, and Sander's 2012 -- but he's from the Bolshevik state of Vermont. The remaining 98 US Senators probably don't have much of a death wish.

This is why it is so important to win the special senate elections this year. There are four seats that are having special elections to replace appointed senators who are filling vacancies that occurred over the last couple of years. What’s important is that the senators elected in these special elections will take office immediately after their elections are certified by their state’s Secretary of State. A net gain of these seats will help Republicans shut down a lame duck session.

All the special senate elections are to replace DemocRAT incumbents. Any Republican wins would be Republican pickups. The seats are DE (Biden's old seat), IL (Obama's old seat), NY (Hillary Clinton's old seat), and WV Byrd's old seat.

The Democrats are crazier than I ever thought. As if ObamaCare weren’t bad enough, this proposal will get their necks stretched - by other Democrats.

I doubt this scheme could make it through the Senate. The GOP would filibuster it.

NOW it IS time to lock and load. If the fools on the Hill do this... then they best have some place very secure in which to hide their sorry traitorous hides. Heads WILL roll, and I do NOT mean that in a metaphorical way.

Democrats in the Senate on Thursday held a recess hearing covering a taxpayer bailout of union pensions and a plan to seize private 401(k) plans to more "fairly" distribute taxpayer-funded pensions to everyone.

There isn't enough courage in Washington to even dream of doing this. It would mean the end of the Democratic Party.

They’re not going to “take” anyone’s 401k. They will simply “rename” it something else and give you one choice of holding: “Retirement” bonds.

That said, if they tried to hide something like this in another bill, as soon as there’s wind of it, people will rush to empty out their 401k’s (and accept the penalties) before letting the gov’t control it.

Not to mention that they would put many mutual funds out of business and cause a market collapse with all of that money being pulled out of capital markets.

In the end, they won’t do anything. They know very well that is one genie they won’t be able to put back in the bottle. Smart money is on this being another dog and pony show being used to placate some group or other.

I really don't see how they would get this past a filibuster without Repellican complicity. Hence, lacking a guarantee of that, why would the Slave Party hold such hearings before an election, knowing that they would get caught and this would flush them so low they'd never see the light of day?

Hence, the fix MUST be in and we must do what we can to correct that situation by making sure that the likes of Neil Cavuto are asking those pointed questions immediately and repeatedly.

This would be awful if it ever saw the light of day but this is probably the fifth time I’ve heard about this since Obama took office and the actual bill has never gotten out of committee. Right now it’s a crackpot scheme that has no legs and it is not worth wasting time, angst and anger upon.

Two quotes come to mind:

"Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats."

And...

"If a man is determined to kill you, he'll find a way to do it"
