Nah......we didn't even put hooks on the lines, just sinkers for casting. Spent most of the time unsnarling tangled line from the poles. But we did get a rare treat seeing a seal up close sunning itself among the rocks. Last time I encountered a seal in Hawaii was years ago on Kauai.
