An eyewitness has come forward in the case of the American who was allegedly attacked by Mexican pirates to claim he saw the man's panicked wife as she fled to the American side of the lake.
"I saw the Jet Ski come around an island," the witness told "Good Morning America." "There was something wrong actually. The way I saw her come around it looked like something terribly wrong happened. I mean, she was jittery, frantic. ... She was crying, sobbing."

I tend to believe the wife, in spite of her inconsistencies.
Yeah, I’m with you. I’m not sure what to think.
I still think it might be an insurance scam. They supposedly lived in Mexico for 2-1/2 years and only just recently returned to the States. What better place for a “dead” man to hide than a country like Mexico.
Is there a report that they BOTH were on the same Jet Ski, or was he as well riding a Jet Ski....wouldn’t it have blood on it?
I understand that they were on two separate jet-skis. She is reported to have (his) blood on her life preserver, corroborating her account of having tried to pull him from the water before being chased off.
Not necessarily. Think of Phil Specter. He shot Lana Clarkson in the mouth and there was no blood on his white coat or sleeves. It happens.
Vince Foster was found with little blood around his body and despite claims that he fired the gun into his mouth, practically no blood was found on the front of his shirt.
Just had to bring that up...
A prior published report had her with a gun to her head yet the “pirates” inexplicably allowed her to get away. Report seems to have been in error. I’m sure you remember Peterson in California when his wife was “kidnapped”! Or the Peterson in Chicago whose 4th wife just happened to “disappear”! Also reminds me of the NEW way to dispose of a spouse. Take a cruise, a little booze, and oops, over the railing and lost at sea. What a shame.

I think it's pretty clear that Vince Foster did not kill himself.
Personally, I'm an insurance fraud investigator, and my first reaction was that this had many red flag indicators of a life insurance scam (i.e., no body, death in a foreign country, etc.). In the end, I still wouldn't be surprised if that's what it turned out to be, but for the time being, the best indicator I've seen/heard/read is that the sheriff finds her credible and states that there's evidence to support her account.
If it’s a scam, then she should think about becoming an actress - I thought she seemed like someone who was overcome with grief about her husband.
Agreed.
“in spite of her inconsistencies”
What inconsistencies?
These are the spawn of unconstitutional prohibition!
They make Capone seem like a timid little Rahmbellina though.
What happened to the W O D???
Is this the surrender call from the prohibition monster?
>>> Eyewitness in Alleged Mexican Pirate Attack Case Comes Forward
False headline. He didn’t see any Mexicans at all. He adds nothing.
