well yes -
they say there’s no new information comming in neither from the US nor from internal sources so it seems the new warnings where generated on what has been known for longer...
or in other words ‘those issuing warnings have become more carefull’
or in yet other words ‘don’t go to europe for x-mas shopping we need your bucks here’
so it IS based on facts.
