The so-called progressive movement will be holding what one wag called the One Nation Working Together to Save the Democrats' Majority Rally today from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. EDT at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Astroturf? The unions and the NAACP are giving free bus rides to tens of thousands of attendees, free t-shirts, free lunches and even free flags.

Just to clarify, I'm not in the military; I just work with 'em. They do the heavy lifting, but I do work alongside them.
We're all getting ballots on time this year. In '08, there appeared to be some skulduggery going on. People had registered for absentee ballots in August/early September and still didn't have them by mid-October. We all ended up submitting provisional ballots and are pretty sure our votes didn't count. This was across the board, no matter what state/precinct we were requesting ballots from.
This year, there have been GOTV tables set up outside all of the chow halls to assist voters and ballots that were requested in August and early September have already been received, voted and sent back to our home precincts.
I think enough noise was made to correct things this time.
Of course, we still don't know if our votes will be counted, but we're sending them in anyway.
All those signs, lunchboxes, paper handouts, water bottles, etc. were brought to the rally by paid operatives and distributed. The receivers just left them where they ‘found’ them.
No responsibility for leaving them behind was felt by the trashers at all.
It was and always will be “someone else’s fault” to the pro-socialist mentality.
