What Fox News says about the Wee Wee is definitely more worthy of prosecution by my office than a harmless case of voter intimidation by some Black Panther Brothers against some evil and stupid Crackers.
Good thing we have the EEOC to protect the jobs of downtrodden millionaire DIVAS.
If she was such a hot commodity - while NOT working under contract - maybe a job at another network???? Perhaps?
She was so taken advantage of - while she took time off for child birth, took time off for surgery, etc. (Not that those aren’t cool - but how are you supposed to get an anchor job while doing that?)
Katherine Herridge’s problem isn’t that she’s a female of 46, it’s that she comes across as cold, unemotional or even emotionless robot.
Joining the network at its inception in 1996
On June 6, 2006, she donated a portion of her liver to her infant son who was diagnosed with biliary atresia.
In 2007 a legal dispute regarding salary and benefits occurred between Catherine Herridge and the Fox News Channel. Fox News
******
I wonder if this happened while she was off with her son?
Obama’s strategy is an all-out media assault on everything conservative in an effort to brainwash people prior to the November election.
They have the audacity to think they can accomplish that in such a short period of time.
The believe it is do-able via character assassination and inuendo.
Will Americans have their heads turned? I wish I were more trusting, but how many conservatives even on these pages have been inclined to believe the first reports coming out rather than waiting for others to respond and research to turn up other information.
Greta and her success at Fox News rebuts the allegations or sex and age discrimination.
Another garbage claim.
It’s not because of her sex or age.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the real reason Catherine didn’t get an anchor job is that her “wrestlers neck” is just too hard to look at for any length of time. It’s distracting.
I'm confused too as to why the feds are involved.
WHAT ???
She’s on all the time, saw her just today.
The absolute pettiness of this administration is an embarrassment....
I’ve just lost all respect for Herridge. I do admire her for donating part of her liver (or was it a kidney?) so her baby could live, but after this, I think I’d prefer it if she went ahead and signed up at CNN.
More of a distraction from the real news of today: voter intimidation and reverse race discriminbation at the DoJ and WH.
Herridge, now 46, claimed "female and black correspondents were given less desirable shifts" in the network and that oftentimes assignments (including an anchor job) were denied or "taken away from her" due to her sex and age. In 2008, the network said it found no evidence of bias, and when her contract came up for renewal, it included language barring her from making more discrimination complaints, according to the lawsuit. Why should she have to be sent on less desirable assignments? She should be given a corner office and an anchor job right away, because she deserves it more than those who have earned it.
Interesting, I’m watching Catherine Herridge on Fox now. This suit clearly has no merit. If it did, would she still be there?
I always thought she was hot. But that’s just me.
I could feel sorry for her, but frankly, my loss in the workplace was more than hers was. And I didn’t use any of the PC buzzwords! Still, I’d trade places with the switch...
