The only names being seriously considered to replace Emanuel are three men who are already on Obama’s team, according to officials: Deputy National Security Adviser Tom Donilon; Ron Klain, an aide to Vice President Joe Biden, and Obama senior adviser Pete Rouse, who might be called upon to temporarily replace Emanuel until a permanent replacement is found.

Don’t think for a minute that Rahm will be out of the loop at the White House. His ‘mayorship’ will be a branch office of the Obama White House - for whatever reason there might be.
Poll numbers must be worse than we’re being told. All the Rats are leaving the sinking ship. There will be a lot of Congressional hearings if the Repubs take over Congress and the Senate. Going to be a lot of dirty laundry hanging out to dry for everyone to see, if that happens. Yeah!
I nominate Bill unapologetic-terrorist Ayers or Rev God-Damn-America Wright. They fit right into nobama’s thinking: hate America & redistribute others’ wealth.
Finally all that was left in DC was the Postmaster General and a couple of secretaries to answer the phones.
To gain control of the POD as a major source of civilian employment during the Great Depression FDR moved it all back.

Obama is so corrupt that he can only pick someone on the inside (someone as corrupt, someone they wouldn’t have to feed to the fishes.
Why not TOTUS? TOTUS is very close to the president, has worked long hours and made no complaints about long treks overseas or the indignity of having to show up at an elementary school. Unlike normal human beings, TOTUS could work 24/7 if asked. Obama already slavishly parrots whatever TOTUS says, so why not just make it official?
Let’s hope the next guy is just as stupid as rahm. He is a total genius at getting people elected but a total moron at telling Obama what to do and what to say once he took office.
There are two kinds of leadership: Instrumental and Administrative. The instrumental leader leads the charge up the hill. The administrative leader understands how to make sure the lights go on and the troops get paid. Obama had lots of the former and very little of the latter.
Obama is appointing an insider as his Chief of Staff. And that is news how?? Who expected him to name a stranger? Did anyone think it would be Rush Limbaugh?
He is appointing a self-styled Alaskan who has totally messed with Sarah from Day One. She has been commenting on how much a dork he is. Still votes in Alaska even though he doesn’t come anywhere near living there. Here is story:
