2008 gave America an incredibly charismatic candidate for President of the United States. Speech after speech showed a candidate with increasing momentum as primary race after primary race concluded. And then came the nomination, more speeches, culminating in an election night victory.
According to the person sitting across from me, those were incredibly exciting times, even for one who had been a participant with three previous presidential hopefuls. Barack Obama appeared to move from one city to the next effortlessly, gaining confidence and motivation with each campaign stop. He was remarkable to watch. He took the script, elevated it with his oration, left the crowds screaming for more, and then would do it all over again, time after time after time. On the campaign trail, Obama is a machine.

Somewhere way back in the FR archives are several threads on the Obama marriage. Most reports were that it was strained at best. The entire time Obama was in the House or the Senate, Michelle never spent the night in DC.
My armchair analysis at the time was that the campaign was a perfect diversion and sooner or later the misery would return.

The grey hair, the separate vacations, the wedding ring, and now this “meltdown.”
Obama is not stressed. Not. Stressed.
Nothing has changed for him. He’s the front - that’s his job. That’s always been his job. He doesn’t care what he reads, or when. It doesn’t touch him, because it’s not his. So he parties, and the rest is the show. Hell, even the parties are part of the show, but he likes them.
Obama just cares about following his script. As long as he does that, he gets paid, and like a corporate exec or politican with a golden parachute, he’ll ride it out.
He trusts his handlers, and in their reassurances and careful instructions, he feels no stress at all.
And if the script says for him to pretend to be falling apart, he’ll do it.
But it’s all an act.

Again, this is unlikely - it may be the story told to the media, but Beau Biden had Larry Sinclair arrested for no cause in Delaware. Biden’s VP nomination is probably directly related to that. Cause there are lots of older white guys with international policy credentials.

I have to say that in that second photo, he looks insane.
Quite a number are probably maintained at both ends of the Canal as well as in Mexico.
Halfway through this article, I entertained the possibility that it was parody written by a FReeper because every observation mirrors what has been said here since the ‘08 election, almost word for word. Not a bit of this is news to any who visit this and other conservative sites. If it is a real interview, then many posters here have been spot on.
Don't know anything about the site, but as for the source, you have to question the judgment of anyone who believes this.

Even if he's just the front man, losing 20 percentage points in the popularity polls is likely to be stressful.
If you want to say that somebody else is making all the decisions, okay, that's your opinion, but that doesn't mean that Obama can't be anxious about possibly not getting reelected.
BTW, to judge from crime movies, it usually is the front man, the doctor or lawyer or accountant who gets stressed out, because they aren't experienced and have more to lose. The mobsters in the background who really call the shots don't lose their cool.
Of course it's possible that Obama really isn't sweating bullets. Stories like this are usually planted for one reason or another, so he could be quite comfortable with how things are. But given how the country's going, would it be surprising if Obama were melting down?
In the second photo (the third if we include the grainy one that appears first) Obama looks Satanic, demon possessed. Just look into his eyes and you can see it.

I’m skeptical of the source, but this is an interesting read.
B.O.’s view on partial birth abortion tells me all I ever needed to know about him. A mental breakdown would be too good for him.
I’d like to see proof of his testing that showed a 125 IQ. I bet it’s hiding with all the other documents. For all we know, it could be a boring 100.
Don't forget, his beard thinks being first lady is hell...hates the "job".
