(From an undisclosed location, far away from Delaware). I’m puzzled by this statement:
“...Higher turnout should help Castle since O’Donnell’s voters seem to be more strongly motivated.”
Aren’t “strongly motivated.” voters more likely to vote, increasing voter turnout? Usually yes. But some feared that New Castle his base would be WHY it was heavy and thus alter the normal universal truth that heavy is good for a challenger.
