Evanston police were called out to a field near a middle school after a man walking his dog this morning discovered a decapitated body there.
Police have pushed the media back from the area after discovering what appears to be an explosive device near the body, WGN-Ch. 9 reported about 8:40 a.m. Some residents were being evacuated from their homes. The Cook County sheriff's bomb squad was on the scene.

Leftwingtards sometimes make the rather remarkable argument that since blackpowder was the only explosive "gunpowder" known at the time of the adoption of the Bill of Rights, the First Amendment should only apply to firearms or other weapons that use blackpowder.
Their thought is that blackpowder was safer ~ yet, there's a guy with his head blown clean off!

I have the same afflictions. I don't recall seeing a post from PhiKapMom in years. She was one of many who departed in a snit/purge or whatever about 3 years ago. But from before then, I recall her being very active in Oklahoma politics.

That's exactly what happened with the explosive collar on the pizza guy a few years ago. That one happened in Michigan, I believe.
