I wish all they did was burn books! Then we could send Al Gore and Prince Charlie after them... for polluting the atmosphere.

Those who fall away because they feel slighted should look again at what unites us all and hang in there. Our unity is important in this fight, it is what the enemy seeks to destroy.
I couldn't agree more. It's been my experience that when someone threatens to leave a forum they seldom do. It's just a way of playing the victim.
I've left several forums w/o announcement; I just never returned. And from what I understand garbage was written about me after my departure by the same people who, in my opinion, were ruining the forum.
You need to have thick skin sometimes and if you don't, maybe some time off or even a departure is warranted. Just do so w/o the drama.

I have a right not to burn books!
..but I will always believe in the freedom that the first amendment grants to burn them.
If I felt the time and place was right I would burn one. I don’t know how we are going to solve the radical Islam problem ... it would be nice if burning the Koran was all that was necessary.
According to their koran/log starter, the problem isn’t what the infidels do, the problem is that the infidel exists.

I am working to get my butt in better shape so I can sign my contract and join the military. Though I hate the thought that anything I do, or any other citizen does, will further jeopardize our soldiers- my future self included- I recognize that our enemies will find an excuse, whether we provide one or not. I am with you on refusing to let my rights be dictated by our enemy.
And frankly, I am enlisting to protect the freedoms of ALL citizens, not just the ones I agree with.
