Don't talk to military people much, do you? If you did, you'd know that you've fallen for a paranoid delusion that will never come to pass.
What you just posted is on the level of moonbat liberal "thinking", and is about as valid. They believe that our military people are gov't automatons, who will do whatever they're told, with no thought to their oaths of service, or of their allegiance to their country or their own people.
Go ask some military folks about your theory and see what they have to say about it. Make sure you're well out of arm's reach when you do.
I always think of lord of the rings when the stewards son asks, “what lies were they told…” as he is looking down at a dead soldier that came a long distance to fight against them.
Another example:
We were told lies for the war on Serbia while we fought on the Islamic terrorist side against the Christians.
Most have made up thier minds, if these intelligent idiots want to win they will have to use voter fraud across the board.
There's a world of difference between government troops and bureaucrats bungling the standoff at Waco, and a full-scale declaration and implementation of martial law across the entire nation.
Try to understand the sheer magnitude of what you're suggesting, and factor in the fact that you're talking about subduing an armed populace 90 million strong. Even those who don't own guns are capable of every manner of violent subterfuge and mayhem. The combined militaries of the world would have a hard time suppressing 90 million armed insurgents.
Now, on top of that daunting task, add in a military that will be tasked with threatening their neighbors, family, and countrymen with deadly force. A military that has sworn allegiance to the Constitution - not to a temporary civilian resident of the White House. That dynamic alone, presents the issue of widespread mutiny within the ranks, and divisions that could prove explosive beyond all prior experience.
Let's not even talk about the potential for backlash within the government against such a tyrannical order.
A little logic and reason is all it takes to put the martial law theory into perspective. Frankly, any president who tried it, would likely be arrested for treason, and imprisoned in short order by our military.
I and a few other FReepers I know are right in the middle of all this crap...
So far I am not very impressed with what they are requiring us to do this time...
Some of us are Election Judges in the Precincts in Harris County, and the recent mailers with out appointments and schedules for the training and other particulars has me extremely concerned...
I’m still trying to hash it all out...And in the compressede timetable we have, I am not impressed with the decisions so far who are running this show...

The lies will sound good at the time and most of the military will buy it that is what i believe.
I hate to use the Nazi's as an example but the Socialists hated Christianity just as much as the Jews but the country as a whole still supported them.
Honestly, friend. You really need to spend some quality time with some active duty and retired military folks to get your head on straight about that.

Heck, just ask some of the military vets on FR. They'll set you straight.

I agree. If the focus is trying to keep the House, they may lose over 100. The real battle is in the second 50 not the first 50.
