True. Convincing one or two democrat controlled states to call off an election is tough enough. Convincing all the democrat controlled states is nearly impossible not to mention the GOP controlled states.

I’ve heard it numerous times over the years. The most recent example was “single payer health care” during the HC debate last winter. The term was effective because it snookered enough people into thinking each individual was going to pay for their own health care coverage.

The only “firewall” that might work is to arrest a slew of Republicans, accuse them of planning terrorist attacks and call the elections off. It worked well in Burma. ;)

Maybe they intend to write out a check to everyone in America for $10k each.

That isn't going to change any votes, unless they plan on BUYING votes by person with the $$$ such as, Vote Dem or get no money. We aren't quite there yet.

Think like a Democrat (if you can reduce your IQ by 50 or 60 points, or set your imagination to work on depraved and criminal acts, that is).

They will do whatever they can to boost turnout by their presumed constituencies and depress turnout or actively prevent the counting of votes of their opponents.

Look for this to take many forms:

• Flood the zone with absentee ballots, with all of the fraud that they can possibly get away with.
• Attempt to make election day a national holiday or otherwise prevent people from doing their normal routine on election day.
• Federalize the "get out the vote" effort, using government funds and a "voter corps" loyal to Obama to mass produce Democrat voters at the polls and underserve likely Republican voters
• Mobilize squadrons of lawyers, paid with stimulus funds, to "assure the fairness" of the elections.
• Perform voter registration drives on a heretofore-unseen level, with federal funds used to locate and sign up students, newly-eligible voters, and dead people, and get them to vote.
• Get the DOJ to seek injunctions against states that try to enforce voter ID laws.
• Have "accidents" that delay getting ballots to and from military service men and women
• And more...

There is not enough money in the world to keep the Democrats in power after Nov 2. It will be the biggest landslide victory in the history of the United States. I expect to take both the House and the Senate. We could win over 80 seats in the House!
