Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer and her Republican opponent Carly Fiorina will square off Wednesday night in the only debate scheduled so far in a race that polls show is a toss up between the two women.
The hour-long event at St. Marys College in Moraga begins at 7 p.m. It will be televised on CBS affiliates up and down the state, including on KTTV in Los Angeles. The debate is being sponsored by the San Francisco Chronicle and KQED public radio and will be streamed live on both sponsors web sites. C-Span is also televising the forum.

Boxer is Dustin Hoffman in drag...
Any job can go anywhere, dumb dumb dumb
Wish Fiorina wouldn’t refer to Boxer as “she.” I know Freepers give Boxer grief (deservedly) over the “Call me Senator” comment, but she HAS earned the title.
Fiorina is kicking Boxer’s ASS!
Ooooh, NASTY blind sided question from HP ex-employee...
Wonder why Carly didn’t get a nice easy question from Tim Tam??
I hate the leftard media...
ok?
An ex-HP employee is calling her out on her mass outsourcing of jobs. That’s her Achilles heel IMO. Her solution is a 2-year “payroll tax holiday” for new hires. I dunno if I agree that fiddling with the tax code is always the answer.
Lets do it like the Chinese, just like the chinese, dumb dumb dumb
This isn’t a debate, it’s a attack piece. I haven’t heard one tough question for Boxer yet?
Holy crap, when the douche asked about her CEO pay, Fiorina kicked his butt. He had to shut her up.
Fiorina is impressive. I’m just imagine that CAMPBELL would have been the nominee up there tonight.
Oooh question now about “call me senator”!
Ma’am coming up.
Starship Troopers, folks.
What BS! Boxer is asked by a Dem via video why she thinks she deserves a fourth term. Fiorina is asked by a supposed Republican and a supposed former HP employee asks about outsourcing. Even the most liberal Californian would have to admit the bias in the choice of questions.
And now the moderator puts in digs about Fiorina being “layed off” but getting perks thus getting a talking point out for Boxer for free.
Well knew that question was going to show up.
Question is when are they going to throw a curve ball at Boxer?
Next question: Why the Ma’am / Senator with the General?
Answer sounds very prepped for the question.
Ah here we go, “hey senator, what was the deal with the ‘please call me senator’ stuff?” Her answer was a lot of mumbo jumbo IMO.

She’s talking about the affordability of labor as it relates to regulations. Also, jobs are in fact more mobile today than ever before.
Carly is getting the same treatment Hillary got in the primary debates against Obama when it was...Hillary whats your solution to Iraq and then Obama was asked, would you like a pillow.
Lefty blatant slanted media tricks. This is so rigged against her but she’s holding her own.
Boxer said she thought it would be best if she called the General “General” and he called her “Senator”...and all is good with them, she called to ask if she should apologize.
This smells like a load to me!
