I’m finding it hard to come up with a legitimate reason to have this particular speech at this particular time. He is running a huge risk of things blowing up and actually having to take responsibility for the consequences of HIS upcoming policies.

This speech just seems pretty unnecessary to me I guess. I’m certainly not learning anything new.

This is the only issue that the left can possibly put a positive spin on right now. ( Ironic that Iraq policy is one of the few areas this administration left mostly intact.) This smacks of desperation by the dems.
