WASHINGTON An enormous and impassioned crowd rallied at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday, summoned by Glenn Beck, a conservative broadcaster who called for a religious rebirth in America at the site where the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous I Have a Dream speech 47 years ago to the day.
Something that is beyond man is happening, Mr. Beck said in opening the event as the crowd thronged near the memorial grounds. America today begins to turn back to God.
It was part religious revival, part history lecture, as Mr. Beck invoked the founding fathers and the black-robed regiment of pastors of the Revolutionary War and spoke of American exceptionalism.

Officials do not make crowd estimates because they are unreliable and can be controversial, but event organizers put the number of attendees at 500,000; NBC News said it was closer to 300,000, but by any measure it was a large turnout. The crowd stretched from the Lincoln Memorial to the Washington Monument.

Can we therefore surmise that Joey Smith’s brewery was for ‘wash waters’, and since Joey was seen drunk on more than one occasion, that he was into washing the innards?
Maybe Saundra could tell you; she believes them: fervently!
Even in the eight-hundred plus words Joe added at the end of the Book of Genesis (in the ‘improved translation of the King James Bible, into King James English, again) in order to fabricate a prophecy of his advent in these latter days, I don’t recall even one ‘and so forth’.
Thanks for making my point for me...
I'm a man and, yes, you're on. April, 1775. In Lexington. It was a great year for wine and revolution...
Dallas Cowboys... why do you ask?
Glen Beck is a Mormon. He is doing a good thing. We are fighting the bad guys. I, as an evangelical, am fighting WITH HIM. Why do you want to distract our offensive by trying to convert the guy this week? Let's beat the nasty communists and then we can have a forum where you can try to convert Mormons. As for me, I'm too busy fighing this revolution/civil war to worry about converting people. Besides, it is not us who convert. It is the power of the Holy Spirit who brings people to Christ. If they don't come, there is nothing you can do about it...
Reflect on your position! The Gospel clearly directs us to respect our government. Obama and the democrats are our government and they were put there by G-d. We sin when we challenge them. But, I don't care, because I'm a sinner and I have a Savior so it will all work out in the end and my ancestors fought George III and we won and we will win this time and G-d will forgive me in the end. So, let's get to work and restore what was taken from us. G-d took Israel from the Jews because they turned from G-d and followed Baal. We are losing our country because we follow evil instead of G-d. Fight NOW. We'll deal with doctrine later. The great crime of the Reformation is that very Tom, Dick and Harry can come up with some cracked Pot version of Protestant Christianity. G-d knows who's His. I am NOT going to interrupt this battle to argue doctrine. This is NOT the time.
No prophet here. Just read the Gospel and Paul. It is clear that the Holy Spirit brings people to Christ, not men and certainly not yourself. And... I make it a habit never to talk to lizards...
As far as the bet, sorry, you lose.
Our good friend SZonian, former Mormon now born again as a follower of Christ, the real one.
Large part of the credit goes to the exposure of the false doctrine of Mormonism by us “bigots and haters”.
There have been at least a couple of others whose names escape me.
Mr. Lexington, I have a thought to add. Yes, God admonishes us to support our government. But our government is like no other in that our constitution says that if the governing body over-steps “we the people” than as a people we are obligated to reign in the government. So, in fighting you are not sinning...you are obeying your government. The founding fathers did everything they could to help this “experiment” find success. “We the people” must take back the power we were intended to have. We do so by returning our focus to the giver of our rights—God.
This is joyous news but let’s stay focused on destroying communism and then we can sort this all out after we have regained our nation...
It is not a coincidence that since God was taken from our schools, this nation has been in a steady decline with a few victories here and there when we manage to get our head on straight for a few minutes.
As it is the Devil smiles because of our split attentions. America is a great nation because it is a Christian nation pure and simple. Lose that lose America
Ok... here’s the deal. You guys try to convert the Mormons and I’ll just join them in fighting communists. Let’s allocate resources here. I fight. You proselytize. Everybody wins...
When the Lord called Moses he gave him a stick ( ROD ) to fight the Egyptians. Beck said what would Moses think I'm going to fight the Egyptian Army with this stick. This was a peace of wood, a walking stick. when he held it up the Lord was with the people. When it was allowed to fall the Lord was no longer with them. As to day when we show are obedience the Lord is with us.
Yes, he was fairly elected by “we the people” but he has since governed in ways that suggest divergence from “we the people.” Our government allows us the opportunity to rectify leadership not in harmony with “we the people.” Our first avenue is the vote. We are swiftly moving toward that expression in November. Other avenues exist through legislation, and finally through judicial processes. If all else fails, we have the -— oh my-—my brain just shut down! What is that called??? Okay...sorry, skip that last point—
Over-arching all of this is our freedom of speech, as you have already pointed out. Anyway, it would seem, with all of this available, you have to go to great lengths to sin against the government in America.
Whew! Obviously I just used my last brain activity to write this post. Anyway, let’s keep pluggin’, my fellow patriot!

Its late. I can't remember either but I think it had a 2 in it or something... Anyway. Fight on, Patriot. The battle and our nation is ours to win!
