I hear what you are saying and it’s never good news that Farrakhan has an audience, but just this morning I was browsing cruise sites and looking at the prices. It ain’t cheap, even for the basic packages.
Blacks who can afford cruises aren’t the sort who would be manning checkpoints while brandishing Uzis.
You would be surprised at the anger harbored in the hearts of some well educated, well off black men.

Farrakhan doesn't need cruises to recruit the Uzi-toting rank and file. This is clearly directed at something else, such as investments for blacks (financial support of the NOI's corporate tentacles), or simply a discussion of where to go and what to do in the event of this conflict heating up.
Perhaps some black conservatives should book a cruise and get the straight story. Unless, of course, everyone has to be cleared by the DNC before receiving a ticket.
Considering many famous radicals and terrorists of any sort tend to be middle class or above, you may be wrong.
