Do you have core beliefs? Well good, stick to them!

Does it matter to you what Rush or Beck believes in? Are their beliefs more important to you than your own beliefs are to you?

Stand by your beliefs through thick and thin and you will sleep comfortably every night.

Queers are an offense to normal people and are generally avoided, not fought.

It is a scare tactic to be sidetracked into an NEA sexual takeover of our children in the classroom.

Our kids have the same aversion to queers as we do, if we are paying attention and rearing them Americanly.

Real warfare is much quicker and deadlier than the generation or more that it takes to develope a 'process'

Yes, we're late to the party, but we're quite capable of crashing it and shutting it down.

Beck said, “I believe -- I believe what Thomas Jefferson said. If it neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket, what difference is it to me?”

He needs to read more history. Maybe he should check that Virginia had the death penalty for sodomy and Jefferson tried to change the punishment to castration. They kept the death penalty. Apparently Jefferson thought it would "break his leg or pick his pocket".

For me, the issue is the arrogance of the federal judiciary.

” Beck replied, “No, I don’t,” adding sarcastically, “Will the gays come and get us?”

Either Beck doesn’t really believe what he says about the importance of culture in the matter of our nation’s present state or he’s got some reason for acting stupid.

Somewhere, around the edges, I pick up something on this guy that I just don’t like. It bothers me a bit because he seems to be on my side.

Here is the entire problem in a nutshell (in my simple view).

Once you decide marriage is no longer ONE man & ONE woman, and you breach that wall, then to what end? If you base your decision, as this judge did, on some perceived right to form a legal union based on whomever you “love.”

Again, to what end?

It would almost immediately legalize the fundamental LDS polygamy community to the south of me, in Colorado City. This would force us, the taxpayer to subsidize an arrangement that I view as pure child abuse. I could write an entire post sometime on just what I’ve seen out of that bunch.

Forget first cousins being allowed to marry. That’s so yesterday So will brothers and sisters. There will be NOTHING (if love is the only criteria) to prevent fathers from marrying daughters and vice versa. For that matter, how to handle fathers who want to marry their sons, or wives their own daughters? And according to this judge, all these unions will have the imprimatur of the official state. What about any financial benefits that come from marriage, compelling us to be economic parters in that which most of us find repugnant?

Film at eleven....

It goes to show that the very people that Everyone looks to for leadership are in fact .. led themselves!

Hollywood, along with the moral breakdown of society in general has been successful in exposing Even These so-called Conservative Thinkers to the destructive ways of Political Correctness!

You ‘cannot’ separate the fact that conservative thinking, conservative values have strong ties to Christian teachings!

A true Christian can Never condone what God himself called an ‘abomination’!

I say a true Christian only because this is what Glenn Beck would like for us to believe that he is.

As well .. Any ‘True Conservative’ can only agree that the Sodomite agenda is ‘Truly’ nothing more than a purposeful drive to destroy the moral foundations of our society .. “Our Families”.

What’s Happening?

Culture warriors are getting their asses kicked by the political process, and as a result we're losing the country.

That's it in a nutshell.

Now, to anticipate all the replies: America needs a Christian revival, or she will perish. I would rather be governed by a Congress and a Judiciary composed of Human Life International and The Family Research Council than by the current Parliament of Whores.

But since our leaders are selected by universal franchise voting (and our judges are chosen by them), and since the population is now ruled by its crotch rather than by its heart, looking to the political process for revival is foolishness, and leads to misallocation of resources.

I heard this and it bothered my husband and I too.

There are some on FR who defend Rush & Ann as 'no big thing' in regards to their stance on gays.

I was quite surprised Beck would have this attitude.

Disturbing....for all three.

I can't figure these people out. First they say they're for “Faith, Hope & Charity”. Particularly, they embrace “Faith” and align themselves with the “Framers” who also embraced “Faith” and a belief in decency and morality. Now, they say homosexuality is OK. I just have to shake my head and wonder what planet these people were born. Just because one of the “famous framers” said “if it don't try to kill me or pick my pocket” it doesn't make it “Gospel”. You can't take the Gospel and make a buffet out of it, Accepting and rejecting what ever “pleases” you. Remember what our Lord said, “I'd rather that one was hot or cold. If one is luke warm I'll spew you out of my mouth”. Either you follow the Gospel and EVERYTHING that it stands for or one might as well hop the fence and take the road to perdition along with Satan and the rest of the liberal progressives.

So if I use the word "N_gg_r" in front of Glen, he'll be cool with it. After all, it neither breaks his leg nor picks his pocket. Who would have thought? Oh well, I guess you learn something new every day.

O'Reilly asked Beck, "Do you believe that gay marriage is a threat to the country in any way?" Beck replied, "No, I don't," adding sarcastically, "Will the gays come and get us?" ... "I believe -- I believe what Thomas Jefferson said. If it neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket, what difference is it to me?" ...Earlier this week it was announced that conservative pundit Ann Coulter would headline a fundraiser for the homosexual activist group within the Republican Party, GOProud. And on July 29, although his position had been revealed before, talk radio host Rush Limbaugh again came out in favor of homosexual civil unions, while being opposed to same-sex 'marriage.' To be fair, it must be pointed out that Beck said he was looking at the 'big picture' and promoting faith, the answer to all such things. Moreover, he added that he was okay with gay 'marriage' with a caveat. "As long as we are not going down the road of Canada, where it now is a problem for churches to have free speech. If they can still say, hey, we oppose it," he said.

Based upon casual observation I would say conservatives who are not anti gay marriage believe homosexuals were born that way. Anti gay marriage conservatives believe homosexuals choose the queer lifestyle.
