Will Kate Gosselin hurt Sarah Palin's political career when the two moms appear together on Palin's new TLC show in November?

As silly as that sounds, the pundits are starting to talk after TLC announced late Friday that Gosselin would appear on "Sarah Palin's Alaska" sometime in November, after the fall general elections.
Palin is a presumptive presidential candidate for 2012 and has already released one video that appears to be a campaign advertisement.
In the time before the 2012 election, Palin is writing books, doing the TLC series and appearing on Fox News as a contributor.
But does an extended photo of with a reality TV star who is a magnet for the paparazzi and bad press the best decision for Palin.

Does Palin give a rat’s ass what you think of Olympia Snowe or Mitt or Huckabee?
Rabs turn people off? Surely you jest.
Anyone who seriously wants to be President should not be a lead character, much less the main character, in a reality show.
It almost shocks me at how far our nation has fallen, intellectually, emotionally, ethically and most of all, spiritually.
No, he just tweets his opinion on things like using the word Retard, and Obama appearing on the View and other important things.
Oh, Pissy, you’re an open secret. Geez, you post interviews with Hunter. I think you should call him and tell him that you’re really screwing up his image by doing this. Really, dude. I like him less everyday because of you.
Here's where you are wrong. To win a national election as soon as this one, you need a national presence. Sarah has the highest profile AND the best conservative track record. We should stop snarking with the MSM's talking points against her and get behind our strongest candidate.
Go back and read what was said against Reagan leading up to his challenge with Carter... it's nearly word-for-word what is said against Sarah Palin. Frankly, I want another Reagan right now and I'm not concerned over what the press thinks of her.
Facing down Obama and the multi-billion dollar Soros/Union Democrat machine will require both serious intellectual weight and a will of steel.
Go back and check her bio again... she's EXACTLY the person to do this.
Great, but the unthinking people who are concerned with pop culture VOTE!
If Sarah Palin is playing pimp to the media whore Gosselin, she’s lost a lot of credibility with a lot of people.
Just keep burying your head in the sand. I loved her at first, still liked her after some of her boneheaded moves, but all of this recent garbage is NOT presidential and shows VERY poor judgment.

Looks like the cosmetic industry is doing good....
I thought That nobody, Gosslin, walked off the set in tears when she found out there was no indoor plumbing in the great outdoors.
Having her make a brief appearance on the show (complete with hissy-fits)could serve a purpose...to show the star for a day types are as much sissies as they are irrelevant.

See, now you're starting to get it.
I do not jest about such things.
It’s not a secret, open, closed or otherwise.
His campaign would communicate via Etch-O-Sketch to save money. When you can only attract votes measured in fractions rather than whole percents the campaign donations aren't exactly overwhelming,
And you don’t catch sarcasm very well either.
That wouldn’t be a bad idea. At least we would know we wouldn’t be getting a wuss for a candidate.
The fact that folks consider sarah the "only hope" for the republic is proof positive of the dumbing down of America. She is about the money, first and foremost.
I agree completely. I know that some people point to Ronald Reagan's "B" movie career as having been no impediment to his success. But they have forgotten (or perhaps never knew) that Reagan followed his acting career by becoming a corporate spokesman. He read - and wrote - voluminously, becoming knowledgeable and conversant about numerous public issues prior to ever running for office.
You crack me up!! LOL!
