CLEVELAND -- Dread of the unknown hung in the air as Lynn France typed two words into the search box on Facebook: the name of the woman with whom she believed her husband was having an affair.
And there it was, the stuff of nightmares for any spouse, cuckolded or not. Wedding photos. At Walt Disney World, no less, featuring her husband literally dressed as Prince Charming. His new wife, a pretty blonde, was a glowing Sleeping Beauty, surrounded by footmen.
"I was numb with shock, to tell you the truth," says France, an occupational therapist from Westlake, a Cleveland suburb. "There was like an album of 200 pictures on there. Their whole wedding."

France, 41, was not completely blindsided by her Facebook discovery, which happened in January 2009. That fall, she had grown suspicious when her husband began taking frequent business trips, even leaving the day the couple's newborn son came home from the hospital. Once, she found his passport at home when he was supposed to be in China for business.

John France, for his part, is saying his first marriage was not legal because their Italian wedding licence was never filed.
John France said at one point:
“I don’t think I was cheating. If you have a marriage that is not right in the beginning, it’s not right at the end.”
Hey, let’s all assume the woman isn’t lying. ROTFL!
That poor woman is an idiot. She must have real self esteem issues to have kept dealing with that jerk over and over.

Well, since, according to the latest ruling by the California judge that marriage CANNOT be defined as one man and one woman,
who are we to pass judgement on someone that marries two women?
I’m thinking, confirmation of contract by redification.

I saw the Today interview and I want more information on this guy. He is not that attractive yet both of these women are somewhat attractive. He must have magic or money. I am going with money.....

Perhaps “Prince Charming” pulled a Ted Kennedy...said he really did not mean it when he wed wife #1 (never mind about the child/children) and was therefore free to marry “Sleeping Beauty”.
Isn’t polygamy a civil right? Oh that’s right, it’s the next decade where it’s legalized. I’ve been doing too much time traveling again.
There has to be much more to the story. Custody doesn’t work the way she is describing. The cops would be all over him, even in another state, if he didn’t have legal rights. She is likely a loon and much of this is made up.

She then proceeded to drive them into town, leave the boys with a friend, then emptied out all join bank accounts and reopened them in her name only. She then filed for divorce and got a restraining order. She drove the sheriff's deputy home with her to serve the order and gave hubby 30 minutes to collect his things and get out.
She had suspected the affair for awhile, but didn't have any solid proof until she walked in on him. She had already planned her course of action and the slob never knew what hit him.
