Pete Stark: The Federal Government Can Do Most Anything in This Country

The questioner has a good understanding of the Constitution.
Pete Stark is just one more example of the ruling class.
Good Hunting... from Varmint Al
Can’t plug a hole...
Well, it can do pretty much anything Pete Stark might aspire to, I suppose.
“John has a long mustach.”
Does anyone know if there is a credible candidate running against this loose cannon? I realize this a liberal district, but surely the voters there must be exasperated with this obnoxious radical left blowhard.
Hey Pete, revolutionaries can do even more.
Especially to those of the ruling class.
Suit up, Peter Obamahole, your turn appears to be arriving.
He’s the origin of the term “Stark raving mad”.
In this district - not really. People have tried to no avail. I believe this is one of the two or three most liberal districts in the country. I suffer in silence.
When the lady tells him he’s ruining the country Stark just nods like the fool he is.
In this Bay Area district a GOP victory is highly unlikely.
This is on DRUDGE today too.
“While this case raises a host of complex constitutional issues, all seem to distill to the single question of whether or not Congress has the power to regulate — and tax — a citizen's decision not to participate in interstate commerce,” wrote Hudson in his 32-page memorandum.
“Given the presence of some authority arguably supporting the theory underlying each side's position, this court cannot conclude at this stage that the complaint fails to state a cause of action,” he wrote.
Hudson said the case cannot be resolved without a further hearing on the merits.

I found this analysis on California district ideology the other day. I was surprised to find that Alameda was the second most liberal county in California, right behind San Francisco county.

I don't think this feeble-minded man should be allowed to operate a car, let alone run the machinery of government.
Great video!
Such a right is beyond the power of the Federal government to confer. True, in fact, the Federal government cannot confer ANY rights.
Yea if its bad, bankrupt the housing market, run social security dry, fight wars like a sissy, turn its back on our friends, suck up to dictators, and run all businesses in the dirt, oh yea tax the people to death and then we realise the money is gone and no one can find it, oh yea lets not forget open borders to prospective voters who sick the country down the drain, ..what a whack job..
I heard the sound clip on Ingraham today -
the lady asking the question was very sharp and knew what she was talking about - Article I, Section 8, etc.
